He is everything one could desire in a primary care physician. His availability allows for e-mail or text of a medical need, to which he responds, clarifies, and proceeds with sending prescription order or whatever is appropriate. Dr. Becker is actively and directly familiar with medical specialists and their competencies---not merely looking them up in a directory or online. He diagnosed my prostate cancer in 2003, and guided my choice of one of the most competent urologists in the Houston area. That same urologist treated the urologically related elements of my wife's cancer, and, in turn, directed her to one of the most competent gynecological oncologists in Houston. Dr. Becker has also served as primary care physician for one of my sisters and her husband, treating significant complexities with total satisfaction. In the last two months of my wife's life, Dr. Becker and HIS wife visited my wife during her final hospitalization, and thereafter they visited her twice in our home---not for medical treatment, but rather because they cared.

First, she was NOT friendly. I was taken aback instantly by how she answered the phone. She was very short, curt, and abrupt through our very brief conversation. Then, I realized she is only an answering service, and if I wanted to schedule an appointment, I would have to wait 6 days until someone else returned to the office to call me to get my information (and who knows how long I'd have to wait to be seen after that). If the first person I spoke to is any indicator on how the rest of my experience will go, I will easily move on and find someone else.

I would advise you to stay away from this place. I visited the clinic for a PCR COVID test for my elderly mother which was needed for her travel. I paid $155 for an expedited test, for which results were GUARANTEED in a twelve hour period. This was very important, because the Airline required that the test results be sent out 36 hours before the flight. The next day, when I didn't get the results in time, I contacted the clinic so they would send the results. They ended up sending them almost 24 hours after the test, at which point the Airline did not accept them. Since all flights were full, I ended up having to buy a brand new ticket, and would need a new test. I contacted the clinic again, politely asking them to either refund me or make the new test free because their inability to deliver the results in the agreed upon time caused my mother to miss her flight. At first they were friendly and said they would look into it. They gave me an appointment so we could have the test done again. After I didn't hear from them, I followed up and called again. At this point they informed me that they would not only not refund me, but would charge me for the second appointment. When I expressed that I didn't think that was the right thing to do, they hung up on me. Overall, terrible experience. Zero accountability and terrible service. Visit them at your own risk.

I ended up selecting Dr. Meghan Hunter after researching the credentials of doctors in the area. The entire staff is extremely friendly. They remember details about me and my family when we visit. The nurses are awesome and are very knowledgable. Dr. Hunter is extremely smart and personable. She does not treat folks like they are a 10 minute slot. In fact, she spends as much time as it takes to take care of business -- sessions with her are not rushed. Each time I have visited Dr. Hunter, she clearly articulated my issues, described my treatment plans, then got me on the road to wellness. Yes, sometimes they run behind, but it's a doctor's office. Sometimes there are serious issues that they must tend to and sometimes there are routine issues. I highly, highly recommend this practice!

After having one of them call to reschedule my appointment for May of 2026, I decided to find a different option to get an official autism diagnosis for him so he could receive the care he deserves. I found THINK and was able to schedule him an appointment for two weeks later. The staff was kind and he was at ease and happy with everyone he interacted with. He did get his autism diagnosis ( woohoo!!!!!) using the CARS test and they wrote multiple referrals for speech, OT, and PT. They did want me to schedule an EEG to make sure he was having normal brain function and no seizure like activity but with my insurance, the out of pocket costs was about $3400, which we are unable to do at this time. I did however receive a genetic test kit in the mail for him (looks to be a mouth swab) and I'm supposed to call the genetic testing provider to set up insurance etc with them separately. So! If you're like us and needed a diagnosis and referrals to get your littles the support they need and deserve but the insurance wouldn't approve anything without them, go to THINK. These little pieces of paper have opened doors for my son that were expected to be closed for years to come, while we waited for our other appointments.
