Nice facility to work. Friendly and very knowledgeable of there products they provide. A go to business for any restoration rubber product you would like. If they don't have it they can make it. read more

I placed an order on 4/22. Delivery 3-6 days. On day 6 or 7, I check in with them to find out the status. My order was shipped to Ohio instead of NJ. Steele, instead of sending me a new order tries to have the 3rd party in Ohio send me my order. Never happened. More than a week after that (still haven't received it) I ask for an overnight from Steele and they claim to be out of stock. I then cancel my more than two week old order and they tell me they will refund the money when I send them back the product the 3rd party still has not sent (which I verified by the tracking number) Um, yea, I don't think so. I never received it and now I'm responsible for the third party to ship it before my refund. I called my CC company to address it and emailed Steele threatening calling the BBB and FTC. That's when they decided I will received my refund.. If you need weatherstripping, find a different vendor read more
