The only thing you can do after you finish chores and class is watch Netflix, no music, no phones to contact family, and you're only allowed to eat during the scheduled times you're not allowed to eat anything past that or you'll get in trouble. There are way better rehabs like "Betty ford" or "Laguna treatment center" I recommend that would give you better odds of rehabilitation. When i was there the consequences for anything were weekends of "work ethic" which was usually "turning dirt" aka digging holes outside in the desert heat for the entire weekend. The owners have no credentials other than their experience. The students made my physical safty an issue so staff moved me off campus and out of all classes (why not send me home? ) then told my mother to help get me an apartment and send my car down. I get my apartment and my sister drove my car down and then benchmark tells me i can't move in or get my car till i complete all the classes they pulled me out of...... ? To top that off they put you on all sorts of medications without anything more than a therapy session. No evaluations or anything. Save your money. There are wayyyyy better alternatives out there. This place turned difficult people into drug addicts. Most of my fellow students came in smoking nothing more than pot and left smoking meth. Lots of former students have died from overdoses. Oh and because i was so difficult im on the bad list lol....a list of names in the "big room" of people too bad to get help there.

I have done many treatment centers up and down the east coast. None of them have ever taught me…read morethat they would love me until I learn to love myself. Destiny was the only treatment facility I felt genuine care as a client. I came to this facility across the country with the intention of going back east after 30 days. During my time there the staff and program taught me a lot about relationships, relapse prevention, why I use, and how to live a life without use of drugs or alcohol. I went through detox, inpatient, sober living, and intensive outpatient during my time there and they had every resource readily available to me and all I had to do was be willing and open minded. As I write this I have the most support I have ever had, and about 16 months clean and sober. Thank you to everyone at Destiny because I know it took a team effort to have me as a client!

I started taking several of the nutraceuticals he recommended for me in the Opus 23. Since then I have achieved complete relief almost all of the time from the pain I was suffering in my right hip since May of 2022. I credit the nutraceuticals he recommended to me for this. In addition I have had a tendency towards skin cancer and pre-cancer on my nose. I am also seeing an improvement in the skin on my nose since starting the nutraceuticals. . I highly recommend Jan and his work on Opus 23.

I have only seen him one time but was extremely pleased with my visit. He took his time, actually asked pertinent questions, reviewed my labs and genetic information. He gave me recommendations that were extremely helpful!! I feel so much better and feel like I am so much closer to answers for physical ailments that have plagued me for nearly 10yrs now that many physicians had no answers to!! HIGHLY

Optum has horrible patient care. After taking over Beaver the urgent cares close at 8 and there's…read moreonly 1 in the area when there used to be 3. When no appts are available for Days or weeks the only option is the ER and who wants to go sit in an ER for hours due to a possible strep throat. The "affiliates" can't get your medical history and optum staff can't access the doctors notes. Calling the nurses on call is useless as they can never help due to how Optum runs their business.
