Out of all the facilities and hospitals I've been to, this one exceeds them all by FAR. The way they manage and operate their program and staffing is excellent. You can take your pick. You'll truly only ever get out of it what you put in. I am 4 months sober today with the help of all of the friends and mentors I got the privilege to build connections with through my time in treatment. If you absolutely want this for yourself, you have to work for it and stay connected. Not only did Benchmark guide me through my most devastating point in life, but through their Alumni Program, I've found so much strength and hope by remembering where I came from and staying in the middle of the pack of likeminded addicts and alcoholics who only strive for a better life for themselves and to help others along the way. The only thing you can do after you finish chores and class is watch Netflix, no music, no phones to contact family, and you're only allowed to eat during the scheduled times you're not allowed to eat anything past that or you'll get in trouble. There are way better rehabs like "Betty ford" or "Laguna treatment center" I recommend that would give you better odds of rehabilitation. I started taking several of the nutraceuticals he recommended for me in the Opus 23. Since then I have achieved complete relief almost all of the time from the pain I was suffering in my right hip since May of 2022. I credit the nutraceuticals he recommended to me for this. In addition I have had a tendency towards skin cancer and pre-cancer on my nose. I am also seeing an improvement in the skin on my nose since starting the nutraceuticals. . Although I recommend him for the time and discussion he gives you, it's just too costly for me to return when there has been too little of a response from his recommendations. I have only seen him one time but was extremely pleased with my visit. He took his time, actually asked pertinent questions, reviewed my labs and genetic information. He gave me recommendations that were extremely helpful!! I feel so much better and feel like I am so much closer to answers for physical ailments that have plagued me for nearly 10yrs now that many physicians had no answers to!! HIGHLY
