The facility itself is absolutely stunning, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and being able to have my family there with me brought so much comfort during such a vulnerable time. Every single nurse, staff member, and provider who walked into my room treated me like family. As a nurse myself, I know firsthand how rare it is to encounter a team this exceptional. The level of compassion, professionalism, and attentiveness here is unmatched. My CRNA listened to every concern I had, and this was by far the best I have ever woken up from anesthesia -- minimal nausea, well-controlled pain, and genuine comfort throughout recovery. Honestly, it made me emotional because you could truly feel how much these people care about their patients. Going into spine surgery could have been such a frightening and nerve-racking experience, but this team turned it into something truly special. The last straw I had an accident with my Nasal Spray where it was frozen in a hotel room fridge and crystalized and has a slow leak. The pharmacy accused me of , overusing, sharing and manipulating the medication. I asked if they looked at the pictures and videos of the leak and they said no they didn't have time and to reach Dr. M for him to decide what to do. 30 minutes later I get an email from Dr. M accusing me of being an addict!! This is suppose to be a HEALING clinic, but its done nothing that run my bank dry, and cause me MORE anxiety. Dont call yourselfs a HEALING clinic if youre just going to accuse your patients of being addicts. I made a few last ditch efforts to resolve this nicely, because $400 waste of a product really upset me and they couldnt even do a refund or a replacement. I cannot recommend Dr. Marc and Dr. Joe at the Stem Cell Institute highly enough…read more After suffering an MCL injury, I was weighing several options, including surgery and wearing a CTI brace. Rather than rushing me toward an invasive procedure, they took the time to truly listen to my goals. As someone who wanted to get back to an active lifestyle and back on the ocean as safely as possible, they carefully explained every detail of my ultrasound scans, the specific damage to my knee, and all of the available treatment options. I never felt pressured. I felt educated. Together we decided on regenerative treatment, giving my body the opportunity to heal itself. Six weeks later, I'm back on the ocean riding my board--something I wasn't sure would be possible so quickly. What impressed me most was their honesty. At my follow-up, they told me I was healing so well that I didn't even need another treatment. That level of integrity is rare. It showed me that their priority is the patient's outcome, not selling additional procedures. I appreciate the time they spent with me, the patience they showed answering my questions, and the genuine care they demonstrated throughout the entire process. They were recommended to me by a friend who had an outstanding experience, and I'm grateful for that referral. Now I'm happy to pay it forward. If you're facing orthopedic surgery or considering your options for a ligament or joint injury, I strongly encourage you to consult with Dr. Marc and Dr. Joe before making a final decision. It may not be the right solution for everyone, but in my case it helped me avoid surgery, get back to doing what I love, and let my body heal naturally. I couldn't be more thankful.
