Let me start with the good. I will say that Dr. Edwards is a great people's person and did a good job with telling me how to treat my back pain. However, please make sure to do your own research on your insurance before coming to the office. I say this because a miscommunication on their part cost me $145.00 when I was supposed to only pay $10. I called to schedule an appointment and the very first thing I did was ask if they took my insurance. I was told that they did so I went ahead and made my appointment. I show up and find out that the office assistant was not there that day but Dr. Edwards was answering the phone and still taking patients. After being treated, Dr. Edwards told me not to worry about payment because he didn't want to mess anything up and that I would get a call the following day about payment once the office assistant came back. On the next day, the assistant calls and tells me that they take my insurance but they are not contracted with the group (not sure what that meant) so I would have to pay the full amount for treatment. I told her that wasn't mentioned to me when I called so there was a miscommunication on their part. She said "Yeah, Dr. Edwards was the one answering the phone and doing everything while I was gone." So because of their miscommunication, I ended up having to pay $145 instead of my $10 copay. I felt like it was very unfair for me to be punished for their mistake. So, I went to see Dr. Edwards twice after getting the special office discount. Even though I somewhat benefitted from Dr. Edwards' chiropractic treatments, I will not be returning. I found him to be unprofessional and the visits uncomfortable. The rate is cheaper than other places but they do less than other places. He offers minimal service. I've gotten chiro adjustments and electros, but the whole treatment session lasted maybe 25 minutes. Other chiropractors treat you for about an hour and also put decent hot packs on your back during electros. My back and neck pains subsided a bit after seeing Dr. Edwards, so I won't dwell on shortness of treatments too much. Dr. Edwards tries to be funny and comforting, but he talks way too much and I found myself courtesy smiling/laughing for an hour and my face hurt afterwards. I don't mind if people crack good natured jokes but some of his bordered rude and curt. And during my second visit, I could swear he tapped me on my bottom when telling me to get up from the treatment bed. I was so stunned I am not 100% that he did. When confronted about the possibility of such happening, Dr. Edwards jumped up and down and swore he never practices like that etc, etc, etc. I found it suspect he so strongly and overly denied and reacted instead of apologizing or admitting to remote possibility of it happening as an honest mistake. I guess it's a liability issue and he may be afraid that admission of possibility can be deemed an admission of guilt and will be used against him. I'm a bit put off by the whole experience and as you can guess, I won't be returning nor will I make recommendations to my friends. read more

I go to him regularly now just to maintain my results (because unless I quit my job I need to maintain my body!). The receptionist is very friendly and knows who you are by your voice on the phone. She is very flexible and always makes time for me on the schedule. They are very fair and considerate with their fees as well (especially if you dont have insurance coverage). My son and I saw Dr. Edwards in 2015, but when I got a new job out of the area, I had to seek other chiropractic treatment closer to work. I recently had the day off and went back to see Dr. Edwards for an adjustment. His Front Office Manager, Aracely (who is extremely friendly and caring) fit me in the same day. After my visit with Dr. Edwards, I could really tell the difference in the level of knowledge, skill and caring of Dr. Edwards and his staff as compared to the other chiropractors I visited. I've had some neck issues that the other chiropractors could not diagnose. Dr. Edwards was able to diagnose my issue right away and offered relief with a great adjustment and massage. I felt so much better when I walked out. I've seen complaints on Yelp of Dr. Edwards "friendliness." While I would never discount anyone else's feelings or perceptions, my experience has been that Dr. Edwards is friendly and spends time with ALL of his patients. He is as friendly to my 17-year old son as he is to me, and actually spends more time with my son because my son wants to go into the medical field. Dr. Edwards acts more like a mentor to my son than a doctor. He takes the time to explain different aspects of the body and even draws pictures and diagrams. My son has learned a lot from Dr. Edwards, not only of the body, but of how our brains are wired. Been going to Dr Jerry for nearly 20 years - my family (all past or present athletes) all see him as needed and I've sent countless people to him whose families also all go - adults and children for various issues - not necessarily chiropractic. He's always great and you get results. I've been told in the past by therapists to take lengthy time off for pulls, strains, etc. and then I go see him and the problem is fixed in no time at all. I felt it was about 2 stars. The plus side: they for me in last minute and the receptionist and Dr are both very nice. Dr. Edwards is very knowledgeable. The negative side: the treatment itself was rushed, painful, and missed the mark. The e-stim machine was only for 15 minutes and was the wrong speed. I was in the room with two other patients. Dr. Edwards said he was going to use a laser on me which he forgot, then charged twice the amount of a normal chiropractor. When I got home, I realized he had over-cracked my neck and missed several weeks of work. I would not go back. read more

Dr. Edwards is a phenomenal Chiropractor !! I have not, in the past, been a fan of chiropractor's but Dr. Edwards has changed this. I was in excruciating pain and he took time and energy to get me back up and running as quickly as possible with as little disruption to my life. He went above and beyond what a typical Dr./Chiro would do by explaining everything in a way that I could understand and giving me hints and tips on how I could do work myself to get better. His overall medical knowledge in many different areas helps him offer his patients what, in my opinion, other Chiro's can't.
