    I hired Steele Organizing to help with my kitchen, and from the initial consultation to the final project, Andrea and her team (Ellen and Maddie) were amazing! My drawers, pantry, and buffet have never been more organized or efficient. Highly recommend -- worth every penny!

    I cannot recommend Andrea and her team enough! I've used their organizing services multiple times over the years, and every single time they've done an incredible job. Andrea is not only professional and efficient, but she also brings such a calm, supportive energy to what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process. She and her team have helped me organize two different kitchens during separate moves, and both times they made everything flow beautifully and functionally. They also helped transform my garage--something I had been putting off forever--and I was blown away by the results. Andrea's attention to detail, thoughtful systems, and warm personality make the whole experience enjoyable and even kind of fun. I'll definitely be calling her again for future projects.     Andrea the business owner did an amazing job organizing my pantry. I told her my budget, sent photos and we discussed product choices ahead of time. There are a lot of options on types of containers to use, and we decided to use a combination. On the day of the job, she brought everything possibly needed and then some. There was a selection of awesome Container Store products, along with a variety of things she found at good prices from other sources. Andrea is a natural organizer, and she had a good vision for my pantry. She also has so many useful tips and ideas I appreciated. She took out and organized ALL my pantry food and stuff in a way that looks beautiful, and importantly makes everything so easy to find and access. She even labeled all the containers and baskets. It made a huge difference for an important and much used area of our home. I'm so happy with the results! I really enjoy using my pantry now. Be warned, once Steele Organizing does one job in your home you'll want them to come back and organize all the other closets and places! They even do garages. Highly recommended.

    Steele Organizing has done two large projects for me and both times it exceeded my expectations! Andrea and team did a great job helping me edit and purge all the stuff I didn't need and then organized everything I kept in a thoughtful, easy to find manner. They work fast, are clean-up experts, and leave your home looking like something out of a magazine. I never thought my kitchen could look this good! This was the best money I spent on my move, Andrea and team took away all my packing and unpacking stress and the final result (my perfectly organized kitchen) was worth every penny!

A designer named Michelle (if I remember her name correctly) came to our home to take measurements. Our closets are unusually deep--about 25 inches--and I specifically emphasized that I wanted the full depth to be used. She assured me that wouldn't be a problem, so I trusted her. After approving the design, I signed the contract, assuming it reflected what we had discussed. Fortunately, I happened to review the plans again before installation and discovered that the shelves had been designed with a standard depth of only 8 inches instead of using the full depth of our custom closets. When I brought this to their attention, I expected them to correct what I believed was a clear misunderstanding. Instead, I was told that the materials had already been ordered and that 99% of their customers use standard-depth shelves. That completely misses the point--we hired them to build custom closets, not standard ones. We tried multiple times to work out a reasonable solution, but the company was unwilling to take responsibility or meaningfully discuss alternatives. Their communication was frustrating, and the customer service throughout the process was extremely disappointing. My advice is to review every single measurement and detail before signing anything, even if you've discussed everything in person. Don't assume the design reflects what was agreed upon. Based on my experience, this company did not deliver the level of customization or customer service I expected. This is a very shade company stay away.

After years and years of hanging on to "things" I never used, sold or donated and thus making our garage a messy, unsightly and unusable place, I changed my mindset, thanks to Ariane and Shannon and couldn't be happier AND healthier. These are things I decided someone else could much better use and enjoy, and the adage, if you haven't used it in a year, you don't "need" it, is so true. Ariane and Shannon helped me and my husband to sort, donate, toss or keep so many things we had saved for 20 or more years. They also offer to take items to donate as well. I learned about my city's (Fullerton) numerous opportunities for large item pick ups and extra trash pick ups (for an added fee) in the process. I became a familiar face at our local disposal place, which I (don't laugh) was kinda nervous about going to before, and that's why so many things didn't get "dumped." Our garage now has useable totes and shelves and designated spaces for items we truly need and use for our home and life. Big pluses for "The Clutter Nanny" are that both Ariane and Shannon are punctual, hard working, organized, great communicators and schedulers, conscientious, creative, and fantastic problem solvers. Now, and for our future, we have our two-car garage back and I look FORWARD to doing my laundry, storing and easily getting outdoor accessories and decor, easily finding camping items and tools to use indoors and outdoors. They have been professional, flexible, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I received a follow-up from my inquiry very quickly, we met for an assessment, and it was to easy to handle the payment for their services. I was a bit anxious (haha, that's an understatement- I was freakin' out!) about letting people "see behind the curtain" but they made me feel incredibly at ease and didn't make me feel judged for years of clothing build-up and lack of organization. The best part was how self-sufficient and autonomous the team was, which made all the difference for me trying to juggle a demanding job and childcare, etc. The team will work with YOU to understand how you function in your space- and then make sure that whatever system is put in place supports your usual routine!!
