I called and stopped by the day before to get a quote and go over the details of what I needed. As it turned out, the person I spoke to hadn't entered my appointment into the system, let alone any notes about my preferences. But the Midtown folks honored it anyway. My vintage vehicle was a disaster when I left it at Midtown, but they worked hard to clean it and make it look much better. The price I was given at checkout was about $60 higher than what I was quoted that morning. But considering what a challenge my vehicle presented, I opted not to challenge it.
