After a terrible experience with a competitor they quite literally saved the day. Cat is the best! She went above and beyond to help me save my best friend's bachelorette weekend! The staff is very communicative & answers any questions you may have leading up to your charter. Booking is seamless. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and passionate about what they do...they are SO FUN! They engaged with us and made our charter an absolute blast!! This was just the best experience & it was definitely the highlight of our weekend. If you're thinking about booking a charter for any event DO NOT hesitate to book with Antique Yacht Collection. They will cater to your events needs & address any and all concerns you may have. Despite the craziness I delt with from their competitor I am glad things happened the way they did because I wouldn't have found Antique. Thanks again for an amazing experience!!!

What a fun and off the beaten path experience for a random Sunday night! I always love being a…read moretourist in my area, so I thought I would book a ticket for myself on the Ghost Tours of Newport evening jaunt around the city. Having never been on one of these tours but always seeing them when out walking, I figured at best, it would be a new activity to recommend to friends and clients, and at worst, it's 90 minutes long and the cost of a cold brew and cookie. I'm so glad I went on the tour, because it was very engaging and enjoyable. The start point at the Marriott is easy to find and has very clean bathrooms (use before you go- no bathroom stops on the tour), and from there, the walk was a simple half mile with no sharp inclines or strenuous walking, making this ideal for guests of any mobility. I will say that comfy shoes are a must, as you are standing for the whole time, and there are cobblestones. Our Ghost Hostess with the Mostess, Kathy, was fantastic! It turns out she is very active in the Rhode Island theatre community, and we had a lot of mutual friends. I hope to share the stage with her one day. She kept the group interested in the stories, and you can tell she's definitely got lots of performance experience, which added to the overall fun of the night. The stories told were mostly from Newport's Golden Age of Piracy in the 1700s and 1800s. I did find the content very historical and interesting, however, due to the nature of some of the stories (real pirates, after all), I would recommend the tour for children ages 8-10 and up. I would absolutely add this to any Newport adventure, especially as we get into Spooky Season!

The meeting location was outside of the MainSail (a restaurant inside of the Newport Marriott on Americas Cup Ave). There was lots of seating around, so my husband and I found a cushy spot to wait for the group to gather. We saw your tour guide right away. She checked everyone in by asking to see confirmation emails and then gave us all small, reflective 'Ghost Tours of Newport' stickers to wear (she told us they also offered us ectoplasmic protection). Our tour guide was so prepared and offered us many entertaining stories about the history of the area, the city, and the notorious paranormal figures of Newport. She even had photos that she passed around for the group to look at before certain stops. She kept the group together and safe (crossing streets in Newport has some potential dangers - cobble stone streets and fast driving tourists behind the wheel). Our tour ended outside of Trinity Church (which offers some cool nighttime pictures btw) and that's where the group disbanded. Our tour guide offered to walk people back to the Marriott if any needed, which was really thoughtful and nice. While people were saying thank you and goodbye, I overheard a repeat customer tell her that she did a great job (as they'd taken the tour in the past with her). Note: If you decide to do walking tours like this one, please remember to tip your guides!

Salt Pond Visitor Center plays the seashore's award-winning orientation movie, Standing Bold, throughout the day, and other films show on rotation. Films have open captions and assistive listening. Staff are on duty to assist with trip planning. Brochures and maps are available; ask about the Junior Ranger and B.A.R.K. Ranger programs. Many ranger-guided activities occur or begin at the center. Evening programs are routinely held at the outdoor amphitheater or indoor auditorium during the summer. Nearby are the popular 1.5 mile Nauset Marsh Trail, the Nauset Bicycle Trail, and the Buttonbush Trail, a .25 mile multi-sensory trail that features a guide rope and text panels printed in large lettering and Braille, as well as discovery activities for children. In the visitor center lobby, a large map shows Cape Cod's glacial history, its position in the Gulf of Maine, and natural forces that continue to shape it. There are expansive views of the Salt Pond and Nauset Marsh from the lobby. The visitor center museum emphasizes the cultural themes represented on Cape Cod, including the First People--the Wampanoag; European settlement culture; fishing, life-saving, and lighthouses; communication technology; and tourism. The museum has many great artifacts including a section on a "recent" find after a storm came through. It is not a place for a large crowd but there is definitely enough space to move around. The museum has a portion dedicated to the Native American tribes in the area. The store.... I didn't dare walk in. From the hallway I could see many great souvenirs but I am trying to downsize at home. Pssst.... the stamp station is right outside the store. Be sure to stay for the 14 minute movie. I watched the credits through to the end and saw that it was made in 2018. Thank you NPS for another great visitor center and knowledgable, friendly staff.

We were served three courses for lunch but our bill at the end was for only our drinks, because the lunch cost is combined with the train ticket. It seems that the Cape Cod Railway might help their servers by distinguishing the cost of the meal from that of the train. Totally worth the money!

The server Mary And was wonderful. She was very attentive on top of everything brought these beautiful customized bloody Mary, the girls that was evil and then she was very talkative and informative. We couldn't have much of what they were saying over the course of the ride, but every once while you catch a little hint of something they were talking about I think that they had them Talking louder or the speaker itself turned up. It might've been a little bit better. But other than that, everything was perfectly wonderful the food was exceptional and I would definitely love to take my grandkids on this ride in the future, but just not give them a lobster lol.Everything was just top

I liked that she was dressed up in a costume and was a wonderful presenter. I've been on ghost tours before and this was my favorite! The tour starts in a park dedicated to the founder of Providence, Roger Williams. The park offers wonderful views of Providence. Especially at night! The tour will take you to several places in old town Providence. Some of the stops are the Athenaeum, AnnMary Brown memorial, a famous street in Providence that Edgar Allen Poe walked on and where some have seen his ghost. There are many more stops. You will do a good amount of walking and stopping. Dress weather permitting and be prepared to take plenty of photos! You may have the opportunity to capture a ghost like I did. I recommend reviewing your photos after you get back home and if you capture any ghosts in your pics, email Providence Ghost Tours. They will be happy to hear from you! Looking back on all the pics I took, it brought back a lot of memories from this tour. I was so happy that I attended this. Also, they offer a souvenir flashlight to purchase in addition to your ticket. The tour itself is so worth the money. Again, Kelly was great! Don't forget to tip your guide. They also offer Venmo. Happy ghost hunting and don't get too spooked! Have fun and be safe!

It was only their third time hosting the tour, & they did a wonderful job. Their outfit, especially the dashing tailcoat, was one of my favorite parts of the tour. I hope they stay with the company & continue to host tours. The tour was about 90-minutes, starting & ending at the Roger Williams statue in Prospect Terrace Park. The College Hill streets are so marvelous to meander. On a crisp, October evening, with the wind blowing & leaves tumbling around our feet, it was extra marvelous. The coolest thing we learned was that THE Edgar Allen Poe spent quite some time in Providence with his lover, back in the day. I had no idea. Providence Ghost Tour is coming up on their 20-year anniversary! Very impressive. I wish them continued success.
