The trip to Italy was planned several months in advance, we were traveling with another couple and we really had no idea how we could fit all our "wish list" into a reasonable 10 day vacation. Nancy's knowledge of European travel is above and beyond! She quickley realized what would work best for us within our budget, our must haves and our time constraints. I really could not put into words how wonderful this vacation was! Rome, Giglio, Cinqe Terre, Via Reggio and Pisa.... to name a few of the amazing locations we explored. Each hotel and all of our transfers were meticulously arranged. All we had to do was feast on the amazing food In restaurants and cafe's of our choosing! Truly the trip of a lifetime! Next, we signed up for a group trip through Nomadic Travel to Turks and Caicos, Club Med Turkoise. This was scheduled for February 2022 but as the trip approached, our concerns about Covid 19 had us postponing our trip. Nancy rescheduled everything for us for October 2022 and was able to assist my cousin and her partner in making reservations to join us as a surprise to my husband! We just completed this awesome getaway and everything was seemless. The few questions I had for Nancy about airport transfers, were answered within an hour of my correspondence. We look forward to meeting with Nancy in the near future to plan another European trip that is specifically designed for us! Visit her website or on Facebook for a look at upcoming trips being planned by Nomadic Travel Group, you won't be disappointed! Donna and Jim Buckley

I have never…read morebeen more disappointed in my life than I was today with how my family was treated at this establishment. After purchasing coffee and an açaí bowl inside with my wife and 2-year-old daughter, a heavy rainstorm began. Not wanting them to get drenched, I pulled into the side parking lot to pick them up. As I did, the owner--wearing a sour expression--shooed me away as if I were an animal. I asked if I could help him with something, and he (Scott Dario) told me he was the property owner and that I could not park there. I explained that I would be less than 30 seconds, just long enough to safely get my daughter into her car seat. Despite the fact that it was downpouring and I was clearly soaking wet, he aggressively demanded that I leave immediately. He( Scott Dario ) then followed me around the vehicle and continued to escalate the situation. I calmly informed him that I would not leave without my wife and child. He responded by threatening to call the police on me for trespassing. While I loaded the stroller into the car and helped my wife buckle in our daughter, he brought over a friend and they both continued to harass and mock me in front of my family--calling me a "cool guy," saying I should be embarrassed, and even stating, "Good thing your daughter isn't old enough to realize what a jerk you are." He also remarked that he felt bad for my daughter for having a father like me. This was an incredibly disrespectful and humiliating experience. I've been coming here for over 20 years, since I was a child, and had looked forward to continuing that tradition with my own family. I've never been treated so poorly anywhere, let alone by someone claiming to be a business owner. To future customers: be aware that if you pull into the side lot--even momentarily to pick up your family during a rainstorm--you may be confronted, threatened, and publicly shamed by the owner and his friend, as I was, while others are allowed to do the same without issue. Their behavior was not only uncalled for but completely out of line. These individuals should be ashamed of how they treat people. I cannot in good faith recommend anyone support this business. May God help them--they truly need a change of heart.

Susan was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions and concerns and took the time to help us find the perfect resort for our honeymoon. She sent us a little package with all of our information regarding pickups from the airport, our flight information, etc. and it was very helpful and extensive. We needed to reschedule our honeymoon at the last minute due to a family emergency and Susan was extremely considerate and understanding and helped us reschedule our vacation later in 2024. We cannot recommend Susan enough and we hope to work with her again for our next vacation!

If I could give zero stars I would. From the start to finish this company was a nightmare to deal…read morewith. There was zero follow through, no clear communication and horrible..I mean horrible customer service. When you use a travel agency, you expect them to take care of the details, to have your best interest at the top of their list. We literally had to chase our travel agent Andrea down at every turn to get information out of her. She was never available for a telephone call and used her personal life as excuses to why she couldn't have a call or two with us. Also saying that she has 300 or something clients. Like that is our fault why she can't gove us great service. There was a whole bunch of mumbo jumbo from this agency in regards fo our cruise. They told us a bunch of hog wash as we spoke with the Celebrity cruise representative on the ship. They told we'd be on a priority list to bid for an upgraded room. However, when we arrived on the ship, Celebrity had no record of that. We booked two cabins over half a year in advance and the cabins were not near each other. They also had obstructed views. Imagine paying for a balcony room and getting a view of the lifeboat. The best part was that Susan Peavey blamed us. I'll tell you what I've worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years (luxury brand/5 star hotels)...never, ever, ever woukd I blame my guests. I also go above and beyond to give each client 5 star service. I anticipate their needs etc. This cruise was a 60th birthday celebration for my friends and a special treat for me as I finished radiation and chemo for breast cancer. I deal with travel agents every day in my line of work. 99 percent of them are outstanding. They have every detail down to a T. As they know the importance of building lasting business relationships with their customers. This agency waa the 1 percent that could care less. Here's the thing: In the service/hospitality industry mistakes are going to happen. Things that out of the provider's control. It's the recovery that matters. It's about making the wrong right We didn't feel like we mattered or were taken care of. We could have booked it on our own and had a less stressful and more delightful experience.

It was anything but an enchanted memory .We booked a family cruise for 13 people on Royal Caribbean…read more.We had many issues on board with false charges and denial of prepaid services. After returning home we informed enchanted memories and was told to fight all charges with our bank and RCC which we did and spent hours and hours building a case.Enchanted memories was unable to provide us with any receipts or documentation to help support our case and RCC would only provide a final onboard statement which was basically a grand total so all that was offered . We asked to meet with Vince to discuss this problem and instead Marie came, her suggestions actually worsened the problem , we asked for an additional meet to provide them more additional information that we have. Thay have basically blown us off. Their answer to a Customer who spent 30K through their business was to offer a $200 credit towards the next trip we book through them as if we would actually use them again. Do yourself a favor. I'm struggling to write this review. There were a lot of great things about the trip (and…read moreaccommodations) and a lot of things that were beyond what the travel agency had any control to fix (delayed flights). And then there were things I just didn't understand the rationale and (my fault) didn't question it. We also typically don't work with travel agencies so for my immediate family it was a very steep learning curve to know what questions to ask, (or when they needed to be informed of things if travel logistics changed.) Very thankful for the agency setting up the courier vans for our family of 8, this was something I definitely appreciated them coordinating a lot. The hotel choices overall were great (Catania and Taormina high marks). Hotel in Caltigirone was good too, great breakfast spread. The Positano hotel was ok, it advertised a fitness center but we were told none existed and the tennis court was overrun with weeds. In hindsight, if I fly with my elderly father again to Positano, we will need the agency (any agency) to understand hotels with lots of stairs are difficult - this was also something I didn't realize was even a problem until we were at the property overseas and also seeing during the trip how he was having a hard time with stairs. The private tour through Positano was **great**, the driver would drop us off, we would shop and eat then get back on the bus. The agency team and our in country contacts overall were really great to work with, very patient with my core family and very understanding and accommodating when we had to make adjustments to the scheduled plan (ie teenagers shouldn't go to a winery, cancelling a boat tour because it would be too much for my kids and father to endure, etc.). They were super on the spot finding my father, brother and SIL another hotel because the one that was initially booked didn't look like the pictures (and was extremely sketchy and my dad didn't feel comfortable being there. Also I heard the staff was extremely unhelpful). I would expect the agency's in country team view the properties themselves if it's going to be on the list of recommendations, and not go by the hotel website pictures. What I didn't appreciate was 3 flights to get to our destination from my point of origin. In my own searches we could have gotten there with two flights on my airline of choice and it baffles me why the agency made these choices. It was $2,200 more on an airline that was absolutely terrible and 3 of my flights were late throughout the trip. But again (my fault) I didn't look closely enough and didn't speak up until it was too late. Next time I will book my own flights. I didn't realize I needed to scrutinize the itinerary so much overall, but my experience travel agencies is very limited so this may be standard practice or expectation of customers. I don't know if this was in control of the agency or not but it seemed odd we had to fly to Rome in order to get to Naples from Catania. It might be there are no direct flights anywhere offered, however we lost half a day traveling and flight delays caused a lot of stress for my family because we were literally sprinting through Rome's airport to make our connecting flight. Overall, they were really great helping us with ground logistics, very patient with us, very accommodating when we had to change last minute and for the most part the hotels were solid choices. My 4 star ranking is due to the 3 flights to and from Europe. Next time I will book my own flights but would consider using them to book hotels and ground transport.
