There are other addresses for these agencies! If I could give both of these companies a 0 I would. Back in November, my cousin and I ( we purchased the timeshare), were contacted by Andrew Jenkins (if that is his name), from travel specialists ltd expressing that he had a buyer for our timeshare in Mexico. While we were hesitant, we had just had a major loss in our family and just wanted the phone calls to stop, so we decided to go with this company to sell our timeshare. We haven't used it and it seemed like a good idea at the time. We definitely should have done more research. We were told we wouldn't have to put out any money, etc. We were then contacted by George Pereida from Title Search USA, explaining the process. Everything seemed fine until George started asking us for money for the Mexican government. He claimed any money we put out we would be getting back from the seller. George even opened up a fake escrow account. First it was we had to pay taxes on the money that we were receiving then it was a bond we had to pay, then it was a notary we had to pay, then there was another agency called Sectur requesting money. 98% of the times when we tried to contact George at the company, we were unable to reach him. After our last payment, He sent wire receipts saying that our money from the seller was going be in our account however, after contacting the bank, we later found out that those receipts were fraudulent. George P. emailed us letters from various companies including his own, from his CEO (if there is a CEO), saying that we will be receiving our money. Everything was fake. We contacted who we thought was our representative Andrew Jenkins from travel specialist, LTD, and he continued to try to convince us that it wasn't a scam. Andrew Jenkins went as far as making us think he was helping us with some of these fees and sending wire transfers as well which we now know was fraudulent. These guys were ruthless. Andrew Jenkins from Travel Specialists LTD., told us were going to get our money back, after we cancelled the deal because we weren't going to send any more money. He even tried to convince us that they had insurance for issues like this and said we would be paid through their insurance company. Six months later and we haven't received any money back, as a matter of fact, our last phone call with Andrew Jenkins from Travel Specialists LTD., ended with him saying we were just mad because we were broke. That comment pretty much told us all we needed to know, that it was all a scam. We have reported them to the attorney generals office, Better Business Bureau ( whom once contacted they lied and said we had received our money back, then they never responded, providing any proof after continuous requests from the BBB). We have also filed a complaint at BBVA bank (where the wires were asked to be sent), and will be continuing to write reviews, so that if we could save one person from being scammed out of their money, then we've done our job. The attorney generals office in Massachusetts has also opened up an investigation in Mexico on both of these companies. I hope each and everyone involved in this scam receive jail time if found. Do not use travel, specialist, LTD or Title Search USA INC. As they are both scams. Do not be fooled by the websites. If these agencies actually exist and offer any services, it is definitely not timeshare services.

We had just came from another agency where we were treated very poorly to say the least. We didn't believe that a trip abroad to Ireland could be put together so quickly with what the last agency had reported to us. We learned of Cheryl through a friend who stopped by to let her know we'd be visiting her. Right away, she contacted us. We started making plans and before our mutual friend could even leave the establishment, she was on the phone asking about accommodations for a handicapped adult. The very next day, we travelled to Orleans to visit Cheryl at her business. Now yes, it is a little messy in there but she is a jewel that shines through it all. She's personable, outgoing and very easy to communicate with. Within a day, she had coordinated an entire week long tour with airfare and an upgraded hotel (because one hotel was booked). She was able to coordinate with the tour people dropping off and picking us up at the different location!! We wouldn't even have to walk from where the rest of the group would be dropped off. She offered us a Cabaret show, she's alerted the airline that my client is handicapped and we'll need accommodations at the airport. She's also let the tour know; they will help him on and off the bus and stow his wheelchair at each stop without a problem. We actually almost missed out on the airline tickets but she also helped us out that way as well! Seriously, the best customer service I've had in a long time. I'd recommend Cheryl at Travel Specialists over and over again. And next time I go somewhere? I'll be stopping here first! Thank You again!!

That's literally your job; making people happy and sending them on trips that will make them happy. We walk through the door, this woman is sitting in a corner desk and rudely goes "What do you want?" I don't think I need to get into that. It speaks for itself... What did I want? I wanted a vacation trip abroad - quickly - and had all the money in the world to make it happen. And instead I get short, choppy answers and "I don't knows" and complaints about how the airlines don't pay commission anymore. Is this my problem? No. ... Seriously? Complain to your boss, not to your potentially commissionable customer. Susan, I'd just like to let you know: our tickets have been purchased, we've found a plane and a tour that will accommodate someone with a wheelchair graciously. And for the end of this month, for the dates we wanted. And guess what? They also didn't need to know about anyone's personal disabilities or where they live because "I do need to know that." Um, no you didn't. And we also booked a pricier hotel in one of the cities to "live a little" and we added a Cabaret show to the trip as well. Thanks so much for never following through. It pays to be nice to people even if you don't want to work with them. At the end of the day, your nasty attitude made money walk out your agencies door. One that you said is still around where the rest have failed over the years because of the airlines. I hope you loose business, I hope this review helps the cause.
