We had our 6-year old's birthday party here (we also had his 5th birthday party here last year)…read more Everything went great! The kids loved it. In terms of ease of having a birthday party, this is the place to do it. You can drop off your stuff and decorations in advance and they'll set it up for you right before the party. They take care of everything during the party (entertaining the kids, feeding them whatever food you brought, etc...). But, most importantly, they are really good are leading the kids in all sorts of different fun activities. We had Cassandra, Audrey, and Justin and everybody was great!

From the first day I went there, we were warmly welcomed into the space by Coaches Ben-Oní, Selah, and Audrey. In the last month, I have seen my son's confidence grow in his gross motor skills. I really liked the minimalist design of the space. There are no screens, and lots of encouragement to use the imagination, which is a major plus to me! I also really liked how they had structured and unstructured times in the class. All of the coaches encourage and respect children's boundaries. They taught me to not hurry my son, and that is something I am really grateful I learned from them. Two challenges with Wild Child are around parking and timing of classes. Though there is a lot on Watseka that does free 60 min parking, it can be difficult to time parking so that there is adequate time to get in and out of class with a toddler within the time frame. Secondly, many of the classes and Free Play for my son's age range were at times that conflicted with his schedule. For the price point, I would like more options that work for us. TLDR; I would recommend Wild Child and I hope Wild Child offers more morning class times.

We had such a great time, a little juvenile for sure as there are a lot of families/lil kids on the tour, but we still had a great time Animals are interactive, they have creative names for the animals, and even a domesticated bob cat

(Don't get me started--oh wait, do. Please, please don't get a parrot unless you plan to hang with them 24/7 until they die at age 80.) I've taken my children numerous times and even brought them a baby tortoise we found wandering down the alley behind a pizza place. We most recently went for their Enchanted Hallow's Eve. Each room was decorated with a different theme, from Inside Out to pirates to Star Wars. It was so well done with fun trick or treat stations along the way. Take a tour, support the animals, and adopt, don't shop!

We were invited to a 5 year old birthday party and it's a cool spot. There's lot of fun activities such as air hockey, basketball, a doll house. magnetic tiles, jumbo jenga tiles, foosball, a VR headset, an art room, big screen TV, and a crafts table. Yes, there's lots of stuff to run around and play with and to fit whatever interest your LO's heart desires. My LO just turned 3 so a lot of the games really weren't for her but she LOVES crafting so we spent most of the time at the craft table The art room looked cool but would be cramped if a bunch of kids ran in there There is a connected room with a long table where the kids eat and pizza and cake are served The owner and his family are super nice and helpful. One star off for no longer having a parking lot. My friend said it had been converted to an outdoor play area but we came on a day it had rained so maybe that's why it wasn't available for the party. Parking is a pain but persistence paid off and I found a spot two blocks down. Be careful of permit only parking areas I don't live in the area so I don't see myself coming often but it think it's a neat place to take your kids but I feel age 5 and over would appreciate it more

I took 2 kids (not mine) age 7 to this camp. The facility is huge with different rooms, activity areas, and even a kitchen to make lunch as a group. The day the kids went, it was lasagna rolls. Before choosing this place, I looked at other day/summer camps like Zooga or options like Pamper N Play. I asked some questions via email and they were pretty fast in responding and being very helpful. Upon arriving, there were a couple kids who were "regulars" and all seemed happy and excited to be there. The facility looks like a very equipped community center/rec room. Clean, well maintained, a huge plethora of toys to keep a kid very busy. During the day they leave the venue to go to the beach, a local park, zip lining, etc. Seems very well run, organized, and they start the day off by having a meeting as a group to talk about the day's schedule and activities. I came to pick up the kids 15 min early and they were having such a good time, I let them play until it was time to go because they did not want to leave. Worth trying out to see if your kid enjoys it!

The entire space felt creative, colorful, and interactive, with so many hands-on activities, amazing slime textures, fun scents, and immersive areas to explore. It's one of those places where you can't help but laugh, relax, and enjoy yourself. What made the experience even better was the outstanding customer service from Peter, the manager. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and considerate throughout our visit. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcome and had a great time, and his positive energy really added to the experience. It's clear he cares deeply about guests and takes pride in creating such a welcoming environment. If you're looking for something different, memorable, and genuinely fun to do in Los Angeles, I highly recommend Sloomoo Institute. Between the playful atmosphere and Peter's exceptional hospitality, this was an easy 5-star experience. We'll definitely be back!

To start: they were wonderful with communication before the party, with sending photos and info about the space. On the day of her party, I showed up and immediately a team of people started coming outside to bring in all of our supplies. I forgot to assemble a lot of the decorations, yet they didn't bat an eye. They started making flowers and butterflies, putting down table cloths, connecting the slideshow, and putting up decorations. They put out all of our food and beverages, and started playing with my two kids while we waited. Absolutely amazing help. During the party, the team at APEX was incredible. They planned fun activities for the kids and really met them on their level. Some of the children were jumping on the coaches as if they were best friends-- that's the kind of love they were giving. And by the end of the party, the coaches knew almost every child's name. I'm the mom and still had to question myself with names, yet they addressed every child by their name. Truly, just a very gifted and involved group of people. They are professionals in the truest sense. We are moving across the country in a few weeks, otherwise I'd immediately book my son's birthday party here. And we've done it all- soft play in our back yard, a children's museum in SM, a ball and bounce place in SM, and playgrounds, but APEX made my daughter's birthday party so special that we'd do it a thousand times over. Thank you for the wonderful memories, APEX!
