The Burrito was huge. It had some phenomenal Brisket Birria in it that was super moist and had a great flavor. It had shredded mozz, crumbled cheese, lettuce , Pico De Gallo, pickled jalapeño, pickled red onions, diced white and cilantro which made it super tasty. You also get a choice of Verde, Roma Chipotle Sour Cream dipping sauce or Chipotle Mayo. The Chipotle Sour Cream sauce was nice and smooth tasting. The Mexican Street Corn was drizzled with Chipotle Mayo, Tajin Hot Sauce and Lime Juice. Then it is topped with Crumbled Cheese , Tajin Seasoning and Cilantro. It made for a very fresh tasting dish. It wasn't very spicy, but the flavor was excellent. The chicken sandwich is the chicken tenders on a bun style. The mac and cheese was creamy and so good!
