Called Car experts, explained the situation and asked if they may have put on the wrong brake components and if they have had any similar instances to which they did not seem the least bit concerned stating "your car only has one option (for brakes)"....we don't do calipers. I took it for a road trip and the ride is god-awful and this affects the whole driving experience ....not how it was when I brought it in and not how it felt from the factory.
