I discussed with the mechanic the noise and sure enough he calmed my anxiety and said let's go for a drive. Then he educated me on what was going on. A wheel bearing needed replaced. Whew a relief. I always fear the mechanic trying to use smoke and mirrors to get you to buy more than what is necessary. The work was done in a fair amount of time and price was accurate on the estimate. We already have another vehicle in mind to get service from J & T after feeling extremely comfortable with the service they provide. I can't recommend them enough. We are so glad we found this service center. Thank you for being awesome! Respectfully, Bryan Yukon, Oklahoma

I couldn't afford both so I just did one option. They ended fixing both for under the quoted price as my engine was slightly different then expected. I typically do my own maintenance because it's so hard to find reliable service for literally anything. Took car here on the weekend for convenience. I have no time for appointments during the week with a 50 hour schedule. Now I have to take time off Monday to address this, which typically save to visit family or travel. I only accrue time by working. So, as you can see, this mistake is impacting my time and money in multiple ways. EDIT: They fixed the leak at no cost.

They scheduled quickly and were even able to come a day earlier than expected. When the initial problem was fixed, my light had another code that would have been extensive and expensive. Adam must have felt my worry because he texted me the next morning saying he wanted to try another part at no extra cost. They came back immediately when they got the part and no more check engine light! But...my battery was dead. Adam jump started my vehicle, followed me to O'reilley, ensured I received their discount (the battery for my specific vehicle is super expensive) and even put it in for me. I really can't say enough about the customer service, even if I would've needed the extensive repairs, they have gone above and beyond.

I got the car back and noticed the front end felt weighted down and breaks where not as responsive, readjusted tire pressure, gave it a day but couldn't get over how the ride just went to hell in a handbag and felt like someone slapped on two 10 ton bricks on the front. Called Car experts, explained the situation and asked if they may have put on the wrong brake components and if they have had any similar instances to which they did not seem the least bit concerned stating "your car only has one option (for brakes)"....we don't do calipers. I took it for a road trip and the ride is god-awful and this affects the whole driving experience ....not how it was when I brought it in and not how it felt from the factory. I thought you get what you pay for but with Car Experts you pay more for less. Wish I would have just gone to a dealership, could have saved money and probably got better parts and service. Now I have to figure out what they messed up, thoroughly dissatisfied.
