Becuse of this I had no problem recommending Marcia and Lucy and Constant Clean to my friend. They cleaned for her Monday for the 1st time. They did not call when they were 30 mins out as promised We were quoted 3-4 people working for 3-4 hours. Only 2 people showed up, worked for 3.5 hours. We tried but couldn't reach Guillermo that day. Cleaning was sub-par as follows: 1. Kitchen cabinets: Some were clean, others weren't. Dusty on outside 2. Didn't remove residue on tile floor or didn't have proper product to remove it 3. Tile grout in foyer is not clean 4. Didn't clean bugs out of light fixture 5. Top of fridge was not cleaned 6. Didn't dust light fixture in foyer. 7. Didn't clean threshold plates at the back door or at the garage door leading to the house. 8. For example, see the picture attached of the cloth when we wiped the kitchen floor AFTER the cleaning crew left. Do NOT even try to use this service. This is an unbelievably terrible company. We have worked with…read moremany cleaning companies before, and this is by far the worst one. We only requested deep cleaning and clearly stated that we wanted our home to be deep cleaned. We were never informed how many hours they would clean, nor were we told about their cleaning process. After exactly 3 hours, the cleaner left the house the moment the time was up, leaving behind a home that was still clearly dirty, as shown in the photos. When we gave feedback, they offered a $30 refund, which is honestly insulting. This service was a complete regret. Stay away from this company. A completely waste of money. I will also be filing a full dispute with my credit card company.

My windows haven't looked this good since I moved into this house 5 years ago. They did the tracks, they did everything. They even got some windows upstairs that haven't been done in 5 years because nobody could ever reach them. So I really appreciate these people and I'll tell you if you hire the queens of clean, I gotta think based upon my experience that you're going to be more than happy, not only with their pricing but with their service, the quality of the work and also their pricing, because I got to tell you. I had prices from other window. Cleaners that were $200250 more. So the Queen of cleans hit it out of the park for me. Kevin Raines

I cannot express how much this company deserves 5 stars and then some!!!…read moreI had a job that took an extreme amount of work, care and professionalism. Dina spoke with me on the phone and made sure all my questions were answered. She even moved her schedule around to meet our needs. I started off by contacting this business via yelp for a quote and got no response by the next day…read more I called their number and spoke to Dina and explained what I needed. She told me someone could probably come by sometime that day to take a look. I just needed some small yard area work done that I sent a picture of. That was in the morning. By that evening I still hadn't heard back do I called this place back. The call went straight to voice-mail and then said the mailbox was full. I sent Dina a text asking to be updated on when I could expect someone. She responded a few hours later by TEXT not even a phone call. All she said was sorry they were busy. It is now the evening of the following day and still haven't heard back. Where is the professionalism, customer service, and just down right courtesy for a potential customer time!!! Horrible business with a total lack of respect. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional business if you could call it that. FYI the only reason I gave it 1 star is because I couldn't put ZERO stars!!!

Despite my attempts to clean and deodorize it, it still reeked, and I was embarrassed to have anyone over. The 2nd rug was heavily soiled and damaged after storm damage to my roof turned the upstairs into a construction zone. It was discolored, and I had given hope of salvaging it, so it was stored in my basement for several years. The 3rd rug just needed a good deep cleaning. Robert was punctual for his initial appointment, and explained what he would do to treat and clean the rugs, particularly the first two. His quote was fair, especially given the work required. They picked up and hauled off the rugs, and gave me an estimated work time, and he kept me up to date. The rugs required more time than initially estimated, but Robert made sure I knew in a timely manner, so I never had to follow-up with him. He delivered the rugs back today, and all I can say it WOW! He did an amazing job on all three, but I'm most impressed with the results of the first two rugs. There is absolutely no odor, they are dirt and dust free, and he was able to restore the color on the 2nd rug. Robert and his colleague were professional, punctual, and easy to work with. I appreciate every aspect of this transaction. I will highly recommend him to anyone in need of cleaning services, especially with area rugs. Thanks Robert!

Not so much the job they did, (the cleaning was exceptional) but more so some practices that were border line unprofessional. 1. Calling last minute saying your 20 mins away rather than prescheduling an exact time along with the day we had previously discussed 2days prior. 2. Utilizing my household appliances to perform duties that one would consider are apart of the services I'm paying you to provide. (If not it should be stipulated) Clogging them and spending 10 minutes beating it on the floor to unclog it. 3. Price variation: I was charged $140 previously for 2 rooms and a hallway, this time I did 3 rooms and a hallway for $185. The problem lies with me being charged an extra $25 dollars if he would have to move the couch to a fro to clean up under it. The thing is that I moved everything myself and when the time came for the couch to be moved he knocked on the back room door and I came to move that also, AND HE STILL CHARGED ME THE EXTRA $25!!!‍
