Bought the groupon for four man hours of cleaning services. When I scheduled the appointment I explained that I was moving into a vacant apartment and that I wanted a deep clean/ move in-move out type cleaning. I was told there wasn't additional charge. When the crew arrived I was told there would be a $30 up charge for move in/move out service. I was in s hurry for an appointment so I begrudgingly accepted this change in terms. The only reason I didn't demand a refund is because my new landlord told me to deduct the cost of the cleaning from the first months rent. The floors were vacuumed and mopped and the kitchen and bathroom counters were cleaned. A very superficial cleaning. The inside of the fridge and microwave were not touched and were filthy. The inside of the cabinets were not wiped down as I requested. I have no idea what they did in that amount of time. So after I got home from work at 10 pm after a 60 hour work week, I cleaned the new place till midnight, woke up at six and then moved all day!!! Thanks for nothing. I should have stuck with my usual V maids who do a great job but I'm a sucker for a deal. Fail. Eh - I bought a Groupon for 2 hours of cleaning, and I suppose you get what you paid for. The cleaning was ok, not great. One of the ladies asked me if I wanted the fridge wiped down, and when they left, I was sad to see she hadn't touched it. The thing that really stuck in my craw was that they charged me an additional $30 "move out" fee; I can't see how them cleaning an empty apartment made their lives any harder, particularly because they did exactly the 2 hours of work and then ducked out. I booked an appointment with ste cleaning services 3 weeks in advance through groupon. on the day they were scheduled to come out they were 3 hours late!!!!! The 2 man crew had an old carpet cleaning machine they carried around ,and the soap was in a plastic dollar store bottle. The area I needed cleaned was 500 sq. feet and it only took them 30 mins.so basically all they did was wet the carpet and left. I've had other companies come out and the job usually takes 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. When the carpet dried it didn't even smell clean. Bottom line is don't waste your hard earned $ on this company because they don't provide good service. Groupon should be aware of the type of company they are promoting. I bought a Groupon for their carpet cleaning services. It covered 5 rooms and one set of stairs. The square footage was over what the Groupon covered. Not only did they waive the extra fee but the did all of the stair cases in my house(I have ALOT!). They were also very flexible with my timing. The guys were so friendly and they did an exceptional job on my very run down carpet. I feel like I have a new house! They also did my friends house several weeks ago and she had the same amazing service. I'd highly recommend STE Cleaning Service. read more

THE WORST customer service in the industry. The worst I've encountered in any industry, in fact. They offer a Groupon - DO NOT BUY IT. I spoke to "Mr. Thomas" on Tuesday to inquire about making an appointment for Thursday. He quoted me a 4:00pm start time and asked me to call tomorrow after I'd purchased the Groupon. When I called the next day, it was as if our previous conversation never happened. He rambled on and on about how many crews he had going out and he would have to get back to me on what time he could get someone to my house, if he could make it happen at all. He finally sent me a text message (seriously) around 7:00pm Wednesday evening letting me know that a cleaning crew would be at my house at 10:00am on Thursday. Excellent, right? WRONG. I got a text message Thursday morning from someone named Sherie stating that "do [sic] to over booking" my appointment would have to be rescheduled. I called the number she left to let her know that, while it is unacceptable to cancel my appointment with less than an hour's notice, it is especially unprofessional to do so in a text message full of misspelled words. Sherie made NO effort to apologize for anything other than the spelling errors. She accepted no responsibility and passed the blame to Mr. Thomas. I told her that I needed a cleaning crew at my house today, which is what was previously agreed. She said she would get back to me. Her idea of getting back to me was to leave me an extremely nasty voicemail stating that my two options are to reschedule or accept a refund. Neither she nor Mr. Thomas made any effort to rectify the situation or to even offer an apology for their gross incompetence. I have gone with another cleaning service who was kind, prompt in returning my call, and was able to accommodate my same-day emergency request. read more

Vendor made arrangements to send the crew. Crew showed up slightly late but did the job as asked.

Great service, they showed up on time and did a great job. The were friendly and conscientious. I will definitely use them again.

Asked them to clean bathroom and floors. They washed the baseboards windowsills doors vacuumed couch (even under cushions). Good price. Pleasant women. Would definitely have them back. Also they offer a lot more services I may take them up on next time such as cleaning inside outside and under stove. Washing windows. Folding laundry. I definitely say give them a try. read more

I have been very satisfied with this company. Scheduling has been very flexible as I've had to reschedule. I understand that if I don't confirm a date or time (one of my response emails got hung up as a draft) then I have to see what is available. They've always gone out of their way to get my home cleaned. As far as cleaning goes, I have tried several companies who have offered groupons. BY FAR, these ladies have been the most polite, energetic, and skilled. Their skills are very thorough and certainly beyond mine (and others who have cleaned). Groupons or coupons are a great way to meet a business and I've converted to a regular customer. I can save a few dollars with other coupons but the cleaning hasn't been nearly as good. read more

I had the misfortune of using this company for a cleaning service. I spoke with the owner the night before they were to come out and explained to him exactly what needed to be done. He assured me that they would bring in a machine to clear the dust from a new floor I had placed and clean each room thoroughly. On the morning of my appointment, they arrived approx 30 minutes late, the 2 man crew were not professional cleaners and the job was not completed satisfactorily but at 11am, as my appointment was for 2 hours, they wanted to rush out the door to another appointment. The owner returned to pick them up and he and I did a walk thru where I pointed out the areas that were not cleaned, the crew admitted that they did not have enough time to complete all areas but instead of them staying or rearranging they became very defensive. One of the ladies began to curse and I had to ask her to leave my home. The owner attempted to say that I did not tell him the extent of what needed to be done, which I clearly did. When i recalled our conversation from the previous night including things he said to me, he stated that he must've forgotten or did not understand me completely. We went back and forth on a resolution and could not reach any AND then this 6+ foot man began to argue with me and became extremely hostile to the point where I had to call someone to remain on the phone with me until he reluctantly left as I continuously asked. I would definitely not recommend this company, I have informed groupon about their behaviors as well. They are extremely unprofessional and have very poor customer service. read more
