We finally found a cleaner that we liked and things were going very smoothly for the past few months. Even though we were a bit touch and go at the beginning, we thought things worked out. We often have issues coordinating with the owner, but finally built a good relationship directly with a cleaner. But today she no showed and we had no explanation from the company or the cleaner. I had to call them just to find out what happened, got no apology or explanation except that "Oh I tried to call her and didn't hear back." No offer to try and resolve at all. Would not recommend.

I have a 2 bed/2 bath, and they also did a fridge clean, a good clean of the windows, and even worked on a stain on my couch. Cindy and Frances were prompt and came loaded with their own gear. After walking them through my apartment and showing them what needed special attention, they set to work. They were very respectful of my space, wore booties over their shoes, asked me what kind of products I wanted used, and were so sweet with my cats. And boy were they thorough! They said they'd get into every nook and cranny and they meant it. I feel like I need to stay at a hotel for a few days so I don't ruin how sparkling my place is now. As someone with limited bandwidth for anything above maintenance cleaning (if that!), having Cindy and Frances work on my apartment feels like the biggest relief. Every time I exclaimed at how messy things were, they didn't bat an eye and said "no problem, we're here to help." Each time they finished a room I admired their work and they would say "wait til you see the next one!" They stayed for longer than I anticipated, but that is a blessing. EDIT: Since the business owner replied, cleaning looked good upon initial review and comment listed was sent minutes after the cleaner left. Kitchen grime wasn't noticed until moving in, and with respect to offering to come redo/reclean, that offer was not made, just a discount. She came out and looked at my condo which needed a lot of cleaning since the last renter left it pretty dirty and I needed it thoroughly cleaned for the next renter to move in. The insides of the oven had burnt residue all over, the insides of the refrigerator had spilled liquid on multiple shelves, the wood floors had a thick residue of drywall dust since I had some of the drywall replaced in multiple rooms and the whole condo repainted, the bathrooms were pretty dirty and the bathtub was super dirty since the renter had a bath mat in the tub and apparently never cleaned underneath. Anyways she deep cleaned the appliances inside and out, she vacuumed the wood floors with her Dyson and mopped with a special cleaner for wood floors so the dust was gone and the floors were clean, she cleaned the bathroom. Everything looked and smelled fresh again. Well...except for the bathtub which she did the best she could but there were still black stains in the tub but I don't fault her since I really didn't think those stains would come out. But at least the bathtub was very clean and my new renter would just have to live with the stains. She had one other person helping her and she did all this in a little over 3 hours. We just needed a deep cleaning for a move-out including appliances and cabinets. Realtors and buyers had come through the apartment for showings. No one had remarked on the cleanliness of the place as a major issue. Even new kitchen counters had been recently installed, so we weren't expecting major issues other than a good scrubbing of appliances. Thinking everything was fine especially for a smaller space. I left the apartment for 2+ hours - hoping to come back to a clean place. Unfortunately, I couldn't discern a noticeable difference in cleanliness of the kitchen. I ask the cleaner what's been cleaned in the last three hours - opening cabinets and pointing to the dust. After three hours, I just asked for the cleaner to leave. Gia's explanation was that the apartment was "pretty dirty and not brand new so it's just difficult to get rid of everything for the first time cleaning". I couldn't see though that much had been cleaned. Even the brand new counters looked dirtier than before. I ended up just wiping down the counters and picking up a broom - sweeping to see that there was still dust on the floor. The cabinets still unopened and items hadn't even shifted. The appliances had visible crumbs and dirt streaks/smudges. Definitely disappointed after shelling out $160 even after asking them to leave. It was more of a hassle to deal with scheduling the cleaner, leaving the apartment / picking up cash, and still to clean the apartment. After they left, neither myself or husband could tell what was cleaned. I'm just going to have to go through the expense of hiring another cleaner.

The Bad Cleaning :…read moreFor a deep cleaning they did a good job on surface items (floors, windows, kitchen). Where the cleaning fell short was upon walking thru after the cleaning and finding 2 of the bathrooms and mudroom had not been cleaned thoroughly. Showers were untouched/forgotten, mudroom floor was still dirty (which I didn't see until after they left but that's due to other reasons outlined below). The Ugly Where things went downhill: Some background: we moved in to our home and within 48hours we had Mia's team come out to clean before anything else. No furniture, we had not moved in, we had not even brought anything into the home until after we knew it would be cleaned. The home was newly painted and all the floors were newly resurfaced/stained. Cleaning began on the main floor and during the cleaning of the blinds in the family room one of the cleaners pulled too hard on the blinds causing them to dislocate from the brackets and fall to the ground. This resulted in the following damage: 1. Wall was knocked and paint was scraped 2. There was a dent on the newly finished hardwood floors 3. One of the blinds cracked (found after having them mounted back up). 4. The bracket holding up the blinds was damaged My initial reaction was frustration. I had been in the kitchen prepping when I saw the blinds fall to the ground. I started noticing the cleaner opening the blinds but putting her whole body weight in the pulls and sensed she was not using good judgment in how to handle them but before I could make a comment the blinds fell to the ground. I walked over and saw quickly the damage to the wall and floor and became upset. We called Mia and she came over to assess. Where things went south was Mia's complete mishandling and dismissal of rectifying the situation. 1. I had asked to get her insurance info and she did not provide it stating she preferred to handle it outside of insurance for fear of premiums going up. My husband and I understood that the damage was not super extensive and didn't want the local business to take a hit over something we could likely come to an agreement on based on discussions with Mia. We just wanted it fixed and to move on. Thankfully no one was injured and said we'd try to work it out another way. We asked she send a copy of it via email for us to keep on record in case she ghosted us (which she said she understood and appreciated us not taking the insurance route but never did in the 3+ weeks of reaching out- that was our fault for trusting her). 2. We received an email from her after 1.5 weeks stating they had no part in the obvious damage that was present on our walls or floor. Instead her email cites "experts" that said damage was done previously and was not a result of the blinds that she does admit fell due to her workers handling them. These "experts" that provided their "analysis" of the damage in the email screenshots never once came to our home to assess their quotes on the damage. No one came to look at the walls or floor, but somehow they were able to come to the conclusion that the damage was preexisting (repeat here that the house was just closed on 2 days prior with newly painted walls, and newly finished floors; no damage to any other parts of the floor on the entire main level or damage to paint on the walls). 3. I was polite in all my text messages and voicemails asking for a call back. At no point did I think I was defensive or rude. I had explained to her during our beginning conversations that we'd work something out and gave her 2-3 options on how we could proceed (comping us for 2-3 cleanings, reimbursing us for getting the damage fixed ourselves, having her contacts come out and do the repairs as long as they were licensed, or going thru insurance). At the end of the day all we wanted was to be made whole on the damage that was incurred due to her company's mishandling. She did not return my phone calls, and stopped responding altogether after her email to us outlining how she was not at fault. Truly so disappointed in how this was handled. There could have been many ways to handle this as a professional and still keep their reputation and integrity intact. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and would advise anyone to use some other cleaning service. I have given 1 star because Mia's sister and team that did the cleaning was understanding and attentive to cleaning concerns and addressed areas after pointing them out. They were professional. Everything else has been rated due to the poor attention to the deep clean and the obvious mishandling of the damage done to our property and lack of concern, followup and accountability in creating the damage by trying to put it on "preexisting damages" of which there was none.
