I don't typically feel like I am a chatty person, so that can tell you a lot about a stylist who can make you feel comfortable in talking. To book an appointment, you can reach out to the stylist individually or main phone number that is listed on their website. I don't mind to this style of scheduling an appointment as I much rather prefer texting than calling. I checked out with Angel who utilized a square reader. Quick & easy. I always enjoy a good shampoo... but her scalp massage was literally the best thing that has ever happened to me. When I came in, Lucy greeted me and asked if I was ready and I said I was. Jokingly I asked if she was ready and she said yes. As we were headed to the shampoo area, another customer came in and Lucy told her she'd be right there and then said to me that she would quickly do this other customer and then come see me. I reminded Lucy that I had an appointment, but then I said OK I'll wait. After I sat down, Lucy took the other customer back to the shampoo area and began shampooing her hair. Having thought it over I decided to leave, and I let Lucy know. I realize this is not the first time this happened to me here. I do like the way Lucy cuts my hair, but I don't like being bumped by other people. I don't know if that woman was double booked or whether she was a walk-in, but either way it shouldn't have happened the way it did. If Lucy was running late, she should've called me and told me and we could've made other arrangements. But that didn't happen and she didn't call me after I left so I will sadly have to find another place to get my haircut.
