I discovered on the morning of our second day that our ground-floor window opened--and, more importantly, it wasn't locked. It's kind of neat that the window opens, but it definitely should have been secured before guests arrived. Another surprise was that there was no complimentary coffee available in the lobby on the weekend. We had to leave very early on Friday morning, and grabbing a quick cup of coffee before heading out would have been nice. That seems like a basic amenity for a Marriott. We were staying during a large baseball tournament, so the hotel was filled with teams. In the evenings, the players wanted to relax, play cards, and hang out. They were sitting on the couches by the fireplace--not inside the restaurant--but because one of the boys had a Gatorade on the table, staff told them they had to leave since that area was considered part of the restaurant. It felt unnecessarily strict and gave the impression that the hotel wasn't very accommodating to families and tournament guests. To the hotel's credit, they did an impressive job keeping everything clean. Between what appeared to be two wedding receptions, hundreds of teenage baseball players, and FIFA soccer visitors, the staff had their hands full, and the property remained well maintained. My last complaint is one I've noticed in many hotels: the bathroom exhaust fan was ineffective. After a hot shower, the bathroom stayed humid and damp for hours. Overall, I would recommend staying here, especially if you need to be in the area. Just don't expect the warm, welcoming atmosphere that I usually associate with Marriott properties. Other days and in AM they're great. 3) the food was same as all other lounges but some offer complimentary beer and wine. Don't drink so I didn't care. And it is close by the Boston down town. A 20 Minute drive. I also saw that they had a shuttle, so that must be a very convenient way to get down town! They also had a kiosk next to the check in which was open 24 hours. This helped us as we were back at midnight every night and therefore missed out on dinner. No issues because its quiet. I was tired and washed up, prepared clothing and notes for next day business meeting and went to sleep and off to work next morning. Upon return after long day and dinner out with colleagues, I washed up and checked email and went to bed by 10PM EST. At 1100 PM EST I wake up to go to bathroom and came out and sat by desk near window to check my laptop for emails. Then, the unimaginable happened as I glanced over to the hallway floor leading to room entry door and first unused bed, "I clearly saw a mouse run from the bed to the refrigerator" . At that point, I immediately put on pants shoes jacket and packed everything in my bag which was fortunately off the floor on the stand. I rushed downstairs with clothes and baggage in hand. And I then informed the desk staff women of a mouse in my room #326 and want a new room. The desk staff women gave me a different second floor room at the opposite end of building all clean and noticeably cleaner carpet. I explained there is a mouse in that room 326 next to the laundry room I noticed in the morning that the maintenance closet next to 326 had some wall hole damage that people notice when that closet door is open for housekeeping. I was able to sleep through the night in my new second floor room for two more nights but, my stay at Hilton Garden Inn has now changed my perception of this location. I did not hear of any corrective fix by the staff at the desk the following morning or night, which is one of the reasons I needed to write this un acceptable experience. Secondly after staying at this hotel last month, I was surprised to find the paid breakfast that comes with my reservation was no longer unlimited morning self serve breakfast, but even with the breakfast voucher that comes with paid breakfast hotel reservation, the Hilton Garden Inn Burlington MA is limiting hotel guest s to only one selection of breakfast and unlimited coffee and or water. And the hotel encourages tipping the hard working food servers which is not a concern since food servers deserve a tip during these hard economy times.. Limiting what i can eat from a variety of choices in the breakfast buffet was disappointing compared to all the other hotels in the vicinity.. But again, its that mouse in room 326 that I will need to overcome the un acceptable experience. It won't be until I personally see evidence of corrective action by professional pest removal service at the Hilton Garden Inn Burlington, MA showing evidence of a pest removal that will ever make me feel comfortable about ever returning. Unfortunate experience for me, but even more unfortunate for the Hilton Garden Inn, Burlington MA should they do nothing about this concern.

The location is pretty good. You can quickly get on the highway and get to many neighboring towns quickly, from Woburn to Waltham to Arlington. And it wasn't too far from Back Bay and the airport. The outside of the building itself looks kind of run down. I couldn't figure out how to get the treadmill to start. I did appreciate the occasional rabbits you would see while jogging in the neighborhood.

This was a blatant lie, considering the parking lot was completely empty at 10:30 PM. The next morning was no better, as the breakfast provided was very poor with almost no options. The pool area was very clean and there was even a lifeguard on duty which made it feel even more safe and family friendly. The hotel is in a great location just a quick ride to the mall restaurants and so many fun things to do in the area. Whether you want to shop grab a bite or explore there is plenty nearby to enjoy. We are so happy we chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. It offered the perfect mix of comfort convenience and relaxation. Thank you Hilton for never disappointing. I checked online and noticed that this hotel was recently renovated so I went online and booked a king room. Before leaving San Diego, I selected a room on the Hilton phone app and selected the digital key option. By the time I arrived to town and got to the hotel, my room was ready and I was able to walk straight to it rather than check in at the front desk. The room was very clean and had everything that I needed to make my stay a comfortable one (large screen TV, wi-fi, comfortable bed and pillows, desk, and USB ports to charge my mobile phones). The morning breakfast starts at 6 AM and consists of scrambled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage patties, toast, fruit, yogurt, granola, hard boiled eggs, coffee, and juice). The food is constantly refreshed so don't worry if you wake up a little late. Nicole and Chris at the front desk are very friendly and personable and every time that I asked them questions or made a purchase, they were always very kind. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in the Bedford, Burlington, or Billerica area, look no further than the Hampton Inn. I look forward to returning!

They also kept my deposit which was two times which was $75 each time and there was no reason why they kept my deposit. I do not recommend this place. They have very shady. The housekeeping is very ignorant. All they do is speak Spanish and run around you and like banging your door and talk to Man into you no respect at all the manager of the blonde lady. I brought it to the staff's attention and they promised to take care of it. However, it was never cleaned up before I left and my stay was nearly 2 weeks long. I chose to book the Homewood Suites and selected a king studio suite because I knew I would have a little more space to do work in the evening and watch TV at the same. I also appreciate the kitchenette and full size refrigerator with other essentials for a longer stay. I booked and checked in online ahead of my visit. When I arrived I went to the front desk to get a key for the room because I've had some difficulty using the digital keys in the past. I ate a small breakfast each morning which was included. I was thankful the breakfast started at 6am each weekday because I needed to leave relatively early. Each morning there was a form of egg and meat and a couple of days there was also a potato. The eggs options ranged from scrambled to cheese omelets, to western omelets. The meat ranged from Canadian bacon to sausage patties, sausage links and diagonally cut link sausage slices. They had bagels, bread for toasting, oatmeal, a waffle maker and some other options. I was able to get something for breakfast each morning. In addition, there is a Chick-fil-A practically in the parking lot for the hotel which is open from 6:30am to 10:00 pm. I was able to relax a little during my off time from work and get some rest. Overall this was a great stay, it was quiet and comfortable. Other than the room and the breakfast I did not check out any of the other hotel amenities. I would recommend to others.
