They were very professional and did a really good job. My car was squeaky clean and all the pet hair was gone! I never expected them to clean it that well. They take appointments over the phone and prefer it if you leave your car in for the whole day. The pet hair removal was an extra $40, but totally worth it. They called every day to update me on the progress and get permission for repairs that were found once they started taking everything apart. Not only does my car run better than I can remember, but they charged for the time they actually spent to repair it, not just the standard labor hours that it usually takes. When I came to pick the car up, they showed me all of the parts that they changed, explained why they needed to be changed, and went over every item on the invoice. They also told me about a few items that should be repaired in the future but didn't do it this time because they knew I was on a budget and explained why they weren't "need to do now" items. Excellent service, very nice, and very reasonably priced (quite possibly the best prices in town). I'll definitely be returning for any future issues.

The headlights were so oxidized that you had to drive with the brights on to see in the dark. I dropped my vehicle off to Isaiah last weekend for him to look at a couple things and he took the time to buff the scratches out, take the oxidation off my headlights, and made my CR-V look good again. Very pleased with the work he's done and can't wait to bring my jeep in next to have him detail it and do the ceramic coating.
