I have a very low pain tolerance, yet Huy is extremelyyy patient and encouraging to motivate and guide me through all the exercises to make sure I'm reaching the necessary intensity and milestones for my recovery journey within a safe measure. They also have other assistants helping out during the exercises and all of them are very kind. They laughed and made jokes about it and about how they immediately have to go home and shower. It was really unprofessional and I felt so uncomfortable. Another thing is all they do is talk to eachother and barely pay any mind to their actual patients. My physical therapists told me to do 15 reps of a certain exercise then continued talking to everyone else in there then came back and he asked me "did you do your 25 reps ? " and I was like "oh you told me 15" , and he goes "ok, 15 I'm not gonna go back and forth about reps". Like what? I never tried to argue or anything I was just letting him know that's how many I did cus that's what he said. I told them to never book me again, I was dreading going back there.

I went in to the "therapy room" where I was basically ignored along with an elderly woman who was also there fending for herself while the guys listened to cock rock, sitting on their butts. When I mentioned I was having trouble keeping track of the time/counting during the exercises (do to a serious neurological condition mentioned on my chart and brought up by me) they weren't much help and dismissed me. I was made to feel bad about it, like I was inconveniencing them, so I felt embarrassed and ashamed, got really emotional and didn't feel the need to proceed. As I was crying and gathering my things, nobody felt the need to apologize, pull me aside in private to resolve things, or even to ask if i was ok, but instead were so worried about booking my next appointment so they can rake in that sweet insurance money for ignoring/ berating me for another 14 sessions. I had PT at another place a few years ago for a different injury and it was a really fun, interactive and interesting experience that helped immensely, so I was looking forward to this. Unfortunately these people are crooks taking advantage of people who don't know any better and milking the system. I don't think these men have a very high opinion of women either, a conclusion I came to after the guy in charge dismissed my serious neurological condition I mentioned and painful hip injury that I was there for as "fibromyalgia". That was after he pointed out how out of shape I was (I've been off my feet due to injury for a month). Totally infuriating, unprofessional and sickening. I'm obviously still so angry and upset I can hardly articulate all of this. Just avoid this place if you can, and if you have to go, don't let them bully or demean you. One last thing: the equipment is old, dirty and broken. I never saw them clean a thing. The music is terrible and the place is a depressing place to have to slum it for PT.

They have since expanded by adding many knowledgable and caring professionals who provide a myriad of services. I have had the best care with them, and prefer the to "traditional" medical doctors. They are very thorough and have always had several options for treatment for me. When I have had injuries, my treatment was 2-3 times a week for several weeks, which was necessary for correction of the injury. I have had my knee injury corrected with PRP therapy with them, and am currently on a full body maintenance program - 1 visit every other week. My insurance no longer covers my treatment with them, and I could be covered elsewhere, but I choose to remain under the care of the professionals there. I highly recommend them.
