Yes, your walls will get patched and painted. But there's no attention to detail. He just painted completely over tile grout and all over a light fixture. I'll probably spend more to fix the job than what I saved initially by using them over someone more qualified.

In the message, I had broken it down by cost per item as I am comparing costs with other contractors to gauge who to go with. He showed up after charging 100.00 for the estimate; snapped a few photos and gave me lump sum quotes which I did not want. When I asked him about breaking down the quote to individual items , he spazzed out at me and started ignoring my messages scamming me out of the 100 dollar estimate fee. For reference what Iwanted was a breakdown on how much itll cost per toilet replacement, per shower re-grout, per vanity replacement as he quoted me a lump sum. I specified that Iwanted this ahead of time before he entered and he decided to lump it all together. Small price to pay to avoid a garbage contractor who clearly wont hold up to his end of the scope. He quoted that in 17 years he had never seen someone requesting a breakdown of a lump sum quote.. I work in construction as a PM and its standard to compare costs by material/labor per line item. Waste of time and money.

Our house looks like a new house! We hired them for a front porch rehab and exterior painting and everything was done to code, with the proper permits, and executed with professionalism. And they finished the project on time! A++. Highly recommend. Our porch was in extremely bad shape and required a very complicated series of fixes, which we were already aware of after having hired an independent structural specialist who detailed everything that needed to be replaced, to bring it up to code. In addition to the termite damage, rot damage and poor construction of our original porch, we made the mistake of initially hiring a different contractor, who scammed us and damaged the porch even further, making the rehab even more challenging. Joe's team tackled the project and got it done! Joe made sure everything was done exactly as we'd requested -- and now we just love looking at our house. It's so cute!!!

A very nice man named Anthony helped me from start to finish! He requested photos of the issues, and from them gave me advice on what to do. A few other plumbing services contacted me, too, and all gave the same advice. I went with Anthony because he got back the fastest & was trustworthy from the start (and also the company had stellar reviews on Yelp). Through the week we arranged the item I needed, I paid for it to be picked up at the Home Depot convenient for him. It was over 100lbs & I am truly grateful Anthony handled pickup & delivery. Come Thursday Anthony & his associate Miguel arrived to my home & brought the unit up my stoop + two flights of stairs, and swapped my old commode out for the new one within two hours! I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, care & work Anthony & his people afforded me. They saved Christmas! Bless you, Anthony & Miguel! I was very surprised at the very lax/vague statement of work, the proposed price tag of $25,000 and the fact that when I wouldn't sign at 9:00 PM, the quote paperwork was taken away. I ended up with a master plumber who determined the cause and repaired the pipes for a fraction of the proposed amount.

It was very convenient to have everything done around the house! Our garage door switch within the house was broken and he was able to easily rewire everything to make within a few minutes. We did not plan on fixing it that same day, but since it was such an eye soar and the garage door fix was so fast we were intrigued. But the fact is he walked off the job before it was done, and this was after he blew up at us about a flooring question we had. Not only was this disappointing, but very unprofessional. This put us in a very tight spot to find people to complete the job before our tenants moved in 2 days later. The work was okay up until the very end when you need a seasoned professional to complete the job (install baseboard trim, caulk bathroom sinks, install lighting fixtures, see the attached photos for reference). It seemed to us that Danny took on a lot more than he was prepared for and when we were in the home stretch, he just quit. Danny might be a good handyman for small, short-term household fixes. But if you're looking to do anything larger than that, you'll want to find a true professional who stands by their work and is committed to the very end of the project.
