Going from making mistakes on getting half your dose that was prescribed, or telling you all your scripts are ready so u get there and one isn't filled yet and won't be till tomorrow when that was the one you needed for tonight. Yes we all make mistakes. Right, but own up to them and don't tell your customer their mistakes. Take the accountability for you and your employees mistakes. That's what a good business person does.
