I spoke with a lady gave her my complete information to verify. She said Yes we take your insurance and gave me an appt with a Dr with a last name with a B. I arrived and there's a lot of ppl just hanging around the front of the building. The area feels very unsafe. I walked in the building. It is old and dilapidated. It's dirty and not kept up with. I took the elevator up to two. Walked in and gave the guy my insurance and I'd. He looked at my insurance and said oh no we don't take this. I said excuse me. Why did you make me come here to tell me this. And that's when the manage comes flying out of her office . And starts making excuses and blaming me for something her staff is responsible for.. then I ask her who answers the phones the dr line and how come they don't know why they don't know what's insurance they take and didn't verify. This is when a very large fat woman named Nicole comes storming at me puffing her chest yelling at me tightening her fists. I said does she want to fight me? She extremely unprofessional rude and disrespectful. I can't believe she is employed here. Never can I imagine that I come to a Dr office bc I'm sick and this is how you treat a patient insisting I pay cash for my visit when I have insurance. The blatant disregard of civil rights. Bullying and harassment.. they have no clue what they are doing and they don't deserve anybody to go here. no one should feel safe here. Family friends or yourself!!

The Audiologist again wouldn't come to help. This is a horrible business that wants nothing to do with you after your purchase. No compassion or customer service. I paid a lot for hearing aids and feel I was discriminated against based on my age and disability. I would never recommend this business.

I get the point that all of us are being forced, (whether it be kicking and screaming), to get with the new technology. But this is a BAD IDEA! And Covid is still around. And, does it make sense anyway? Why subject patients, (who may already be sick), to further infections? It's bad enough that doctors' offices have returned to the close distances of packed waiting rooms, where airborne viruses are always prevalent. Why double the risk with the touchy feely tech devices? I think this may be a matter for the Board of Health, but I'm not sure they care anymore either, (especially with the impending budget cuts) But, if you intend on booking an appointment.....be wary!
