I also saw the show "Jersey Boys" here. Every year they do a Broadway series of around five or six shows, and then they have other entertainers come in as well. It's definitely an asset to the community. It's a great venue. They have two theaters. The larger theater holds about 1200 people, all of the seats are good, they are comfortable, with a great sound system. I haven't been into the smaller theater, but that holds about 450 people. The theater is well kept, and all of the employees are friendly. Street parking is limited, but there is a big garage only about a block and a half away, and the best thing is, they only charge five bucks for parking. They don't check your tickets when you first walk into the building , because they have a ticket office and a will call desk in the lobby.. They check your tickets. Once you head into the theater. Prices are typical for what you would pay at other venues. Of course, it depends on how close you are sitting to the stage one thing. Be sure that you buy tickets from the official Gallo center webpage. Several ticket brokers. Make it look like they are the official page, but they are not, and you will pay a pretty penny more They have a decent concession area, with beer, wine, soft drinks, and snacks., the only thing is, if you want to take your drink into the theater, , and you don't have one, you have to buy one of their "souvenir cups" with a lid for an additional three bucks. Just keep it and you won't have to pay that again. The show I saw this time around, was "Mrs. Doubtfire, the musical." as strange as that sounds, it's a wonderful show. No, you are not getting Sally Field or Robin Williams, but the people who played the roles were absolutely fantastic. The kids were really cute too. I had seen the show on Broadway, and when I saw it was coming to Modesto, I just had to see it again. Just an overall great evening, well worth the drive down. Thank you

Her customer service skills were absolutely superior from start to finish. Handling a group that size is not easy, but she moved effortlessly the entire night and never once seemed overwhelmed. Katie was personable, upbeat, attentive, and had an incredible personality that made the whole experience even better. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of, drinks stayed full, orders were right, and the atmosphere stayed fun and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. This was my third or fourth visit here, and all of the waitresses have always been awesome, but this was my first experience with Katie--and in my opinion, she is the gold standard of customer service.
