They decided to hike up the prices and unfortunately it has pushed our family out from using them as our local car people. I have been going to these guys for nearly two decades so I can definitely say that this was not by my choice. The pricing to replace spark plugs was over $150 more than a different Kwik Kar location. When you consider that we have two cars that need the same thing, that's over $300. How could we possibly not go to the other guy? Needless to say I am so so glad they decided to retain the employees and secure their jobs but the price hike was just too much for our family. I hope they can compromise on this and keep some of us locals around for their business.

Approximately two weeks later, he heard a clicking sound and immediately drove it to his auto repair shop. The vehicle had run dry--it had no oil in it whatsoever. So, when they drained out the old oil, they failed to put in new oil. This resulted in a completely new engine having to be put in the vehicle. This is a fairly new vehicle, so it didn't pay to just have it totaled. This most definitely was the most expensive non-oil change ever, at a $7,000 expense for a new engine. You shouldn't have to check the oil when you leave but I would highly recommend it.

I called the day prior to see if they take appointments (they do not) and I was pleasantly surprised how nice the employee was on the phone. First good sign! I went today and parked. As I was walking into the garage customer entrance, a nice man asked if he could help me. I explained that I needed a state inspection on my Tesla and he directed me to pull to the first bay. Once I did this. I followed him into the little office. Another employee greeted me warmly and asked how I was. Wow, what a difference from the other experience! I recognized his voice and thanked him for being so nice when I called the day prior for how kind he was. I was in and out in a flash. No telling me my brakes were bad, I needed new tires- no BS. They treated me respectfully, which is always a rarity when it comes to females walking into an auto garage. Will I return?
