For years, I've consistently had an excellent experience with Jonette Phillips and her teammate Ignacio at State Farm. From day one, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. They are kind, responsive, and steady. That really showed during the Eaton fires. I was evacuated and couldn't return home for five months. Something must've changed with this company / office. Our rates keep going up with no explanation. Our rates went up almost $100 in 2 months. Our earthquake insurance, we would pay the premium and we would keep getting refunded and then we get a notice that our policy was canceled. Called them up, and asked what's going on and they couldn't explain it. Customer service is the worst now. Ignacio was my original rep that helped me out in the beginning , not sure what happened to him but he was the only rep that had great customer service, and already knew who was calling in when I needed something. read more

I've never actually met Jonette Phillips, but Amy (new-ish representative who answers the phone 99% of the time) is always helpful and friendly. I've had a number of policies for 5+ years, and had a couple of claims- each time, the local office was quick to get me help, and got the claims processed lickity-split. After Amy left the company, I have been getting assistance from Ignacio Grajeda. He is such a great person who always goes the extra mile to help me. With the miles I commute to work each day, I decided I would rather drive my old car to work and my new car on the weekeds.
