I had to redo that paperwork and the entire vehicle inspection had to be redone again. It wasn't too much of an issue since I was on less of a time crunch at the second office visit, but I can imagine how this would make someone who had a tight schedule start malding. Perhaps the agent working here was still in training or the fact that it was on a Saturday close to closing, but that was a lot of mistakes made...
