Unfortunately an employee of mine did receive a different quality level of service here. Which is against their non-discrimination policy. I would like to prevent from others having this type of experience. You have a right to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your CCPA rights. If you are local, go to the Knightdale/Zebulon branch. They won't look at you any different. They won't withhold your paycheck for a long period without verbally communicating what they are doing with it. My employee did not deserve to leave with tears in her eyes. She just wanted to cash out her paycheck of $100. Just sad.
