We were really surprised today that a staff member had their toddler in the both in the lobby and down the hallway making noise. Don't get me wrong...I love kids. I just would never choose to pay for a massage where kids are running around in the background. It was too noisy to relax, unfortunately. The "off" times were not because I didn't want to go to her, but because I had either lost track of her or it was during the 5 years that I was living in Atlanta, GA. Norma is a great massage therapist. She is also a certified RN. She is really good at what she does and knows several different styles of massage therapy. Additionally, Norma can do therapeutic touch and reflexology. Norma is a wonderful individual and is very willing to listen to her clients and goes out of her way to accommodate her them. I will say that my husband (and today my son) said they don't feel that she uses enough pressure, however, I know that all you have to do is ask her to apply more pressure and she will. In addition to great customer service, and great massage techniques, Norma is also very reasonably priced. Her offices are clean, but small and cute, but you're not going to get the "luxury" feel you may get in a spa. However, I think the personal touch you get from her is much better.
