I came back a few hours later to try to get a sim card to work, (on a ATT Purchased phone) and asked to check to see if it was unlocked. They told me there is no way they can do that in store. I delivered it straight to the shop. No incidents. Super local. The offer TV packages. Cell services via budget carriers yet they will provide the customer service to get it done. Larger footprint. Repairs done within sight lines. I forgot to ask if they unlock phones like it's everywhere in London. Receipts provided with drop off and pick up. Place is spacious with 4 chairs for seating. Parking lot could use a once over or at least more considerate parkers. CVS & a nail shop are neighbors. They seem to close at 8pm, daily. 30 day guarantee on the work. Oh! They wanted to charge me $25 per Sim card on top of the 25 dollar activation fee, where as GameStop (not a store associated with my cell service) only charges 10 per card. It would've cost me $200 to activate 2 lines on phones that I'm bringing. The salespersons reasoning was that each cricket store is privately owned and the can charge whatever they want!!!!!! I drove back to the store and the manager found that the SIM card was not seated in the gateway. Next morning, I get a notification from T-Mobile saying that I have a new phone line and a new plan. I called T-Mobile and they said everything was different and he had done it wrong. They said that I needed to bring it back immediately so that it could be remedied. When I got back, the staff said that the manager was off that day and they couldn't do it. They also said an assistant manager would be in within a couple hours and to come back. When I came back, the assistant manager said she couldn't do it. I needed the store manager and he was off that day. So first thing this morning, I popped into the store, he won't be in until 12 o'clock, so I come back.... It's 1220 and he's not here.
