I called again at noon and had to call twice to route my call to their operator since, at that time, still nobody was answering in their appliances department. When a woman got on the phone who seemed to be in charge, I was basically told, "We're sorry. We know it's a problem, but we're not going to do anything about it." As someone who has spent the majority of my life in customer service...that's called a kiss-off. That is basically saying, "Sorry, but we don't care about the service you receive from us."

I have to question some decisions like the names used as this isn't really a "house" but a cold retail environment; and gold should be purchased at your own risk. It should therefore be mentioned that things not of gold are sold there too like paper currency, air cleaners, artifacts and a few injured victims of too much rough use. But it is a place where a good score could be found if you go in expecting a bargain and not top shelf treatment or inventory. Remember, it's not a toy store so you shouldn't expect to go in and find de plane any more than it's a florist as you won't go in to find de vase or any "ill" suited alternative.
