Knocked it out of the park! The second time (the picture in this review) was for my bridal shower and I think it's the most beautiful I've felt in a while. She knows how to play to your face features without being too overdone. I'd also be remised if I didn't mention her false lashes skills. She's a ninja. They went on quick, my lids didn't stick together at all and they were right on my waterline so you couldn't tell where my real lashed started and the false ones stopped. I gave some feedback, which was very well received, and hoped for the best. On my wedding day, I felt like the vibes were off. My MIL and mom both noted that they did not usually wear very much makeup, and their makeup was very heavy. While I thought they looked beautiful, it was definitely a lot. My mom was not happy with the result and spoke up, which seemed to frustrate Mattilynne. The tone of voice she was using made the room tense enough that my hairstylist and I exchanged awkward glances. My mom ended up leaving the chair to go take some of the makeup off. I ended up asking for a completely different look and loved my final makeup look. My mom and MIL ended up taking off the majority of their makeup. Mattilynne had asked if my mom wanted anything else done after she removed the makeup, but said she couldn't apply makeup on my mom's skin since she ended up just using her own foundation. I went back to the room to give an envelope with a tip to find Mattilynne had left without saying anything and left a bag of trash on the counter.
