Not only did we end up with lovely hair and makeup, but they gave us a " chillin out space" where, for a small clean up fee, we could bring in Mimosa's and snacks. They even gave the wedding party space to change in unused massage rooms, so we could go directly to the wedding afterwards. Everyone looked gorgeous and the bridal party felt very pampered! It was wonderful!

This place is trying to be a spa but only gives medical office vibes. I'm not one to complain about…read morefree service but this was the weirdest facial I've ever had and honestly not even worth your time. First of all, the person that was doing my facial that I scheduled with texted me morning of to confirm (after I already did the day before thru their text system) and when I got there they told me I was with someone else and when I asked about it I was told well, Charissa is the manager and was doing b2b marketing. That in and of itself tells me they're just a business and don't care about actual skincare or clients, just getting more money. In the room, I've never gotten a facial before where I didn't get into a robe and the girl stayed in there while I got on the bed. Again, never in my life have had that. She didn't once explain the product she was using or why (just the tool that she was using) or examine my skin prior to working on it. Huh? Shouldn't you want to use product and ingredients based on my skin and not just what I think I may need? In the middle of the facial she used what seemed like a paper towel to wet my skin and it dripped in my ear the whole time which was annoying and not super professional. The skincare products were incredibly drying to my skin and smelled DISGUSTING. I was just excited for it to be over and it was clear this was just about their tools. Then on the way out they tried to tell me I owed them $50 and we went back and forth while they tried to tell me the date I was in there and with whom. After I finally said I've never in my life been here but will pay you your $50 they decided to verify my phone number and name and said "oh sorry I clicked the wrong name". Listen we all make mistakes but this place is unprofessional and clearly here for profit not because they care about skin health. Their cheaper prices represent the quality.

I had a great experience getting my free facial here from Lynn!…read moreI found out about this through social media and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was a completely free experience. I learned a lot, and had a lot done, taking closer to an hour than the 25 minutes planned, which was totally fine with me (she asked to make sure)! My skin is very sensitive, and I had some small scratches afterward that healed in 2-3 days. My skin is still very smooth 2 weeks out, so I can tell the exfoliating and other procedures really made a difference. Definitely recommend trying it out!

I've started threading my eyebrows within the past year, and I'm hooked. I used to wax and pluck,…read morebut ultimately I was left with scars, ingrown hairs, and ugly rashes. Threading is all about skill, and Yon clearly is top of her class. Her studio is in the basement of an office complex, not quite 'posh,' kind of like sitting in someone's living room (Judge Judy was even on in the background). First thing she does is examine your face and profile -- analyzing your facial structure and what eyebrow would look best on you. She immediately identified certain areas that needed a little improvement. She then goes to work with her thread and tweezers. At the end of the experience, she took out her eyebrow pencil and drew areas that she wanted me to grow out to to "remodel" my brows. I was impressed. Not only did she cost less than most waxing salons, but she really brought skill to the table. I'm excited to visit next time after I've let certain areas grow back in.

I had a tremendous amount of fake hair and my real hair is super thin so I had her remove them instead of pulling them up. long story short, she didn't even use 1/3 of the amount of hair. She asked me if she could "hold my hair there at her salon". I thought she was doing this out of kindness. Turns out, weeks later I decide to remove extensions and have natural hair. I asked for my extensions back and Courtney goes MIA. Months later I get an appt with her assistant and Emma (the assistant) asks me if I'm getting extensions again. I told her not right now. I was going through bad divorce (which they knew) and I was actually living back in Colorado....which they had known prior bc I asked Courtney to mail me my extensions and I'd pay for them. At the end of my appt I was in my truck leaving and Emma runs a bag out to me and it literally had one strand of hair. I said what is this and she stated my extensions. I said there must be a mistake bc I had so much leftover hair which is why Courtney offered to save them for me. Now Courtney states that's all she had. Bullsh*t. I can add up all the air I took it bc I still have it Plus all the hair I originally purchased and it doesn't add up. She knew I was leaving Nebraska and going through divorce so she decided to take advantage of me. She could have told me the truth and I would have accepted it. But to hold face lie to me like none of this went on. Unbelievable. She claims to be a good person but her behavior speaks otherwise. I would not recommend her or Emma bc Emma is lying and covering for her. Absolutely unacceptable!!! I am open to talk to anyone who wants to hear the story. I have no reason to lie and make this up. Email me anytime!!! I am so hurt that she would do this and sit and lie to my face. Disgusted really.
