I showed her reference photos and even a photo OF MY OWN HAIR when i had gotten the same haircut a year earlier. the photos were of a bixie haircut with layers which is what I LITERALLY HAD just grown out. the length in the photos was CLEARLY mid neck and NOT under the ears like she gave me. all of the photos clearly had lots of layers and she barley gave me any even after i asked for them.
