Upon arriving I filled out some paperwork then Kayla brought be back to the treatment room, which was very cozy and aesthetic btw! She sat down and asked about my current routine and answered any questions I had before the treatment as this was my first time doing this treatment. After explaining how everything worked she began the service. It lasted about an hour and it was so relaxing I had almost fallen asleep a few times! They even played relaxing white noise music, and there was minimal chatting during the service so I was able to clear my mind and relax while getting pampered. I previously had a vampire facial by a medical doctor at a medical facility so I understood the intensity involved. Bodybrite's policy is to conduct a pre-test to determine how your skin reacts to the laser. I have some age/sun spots on the back of my hand so Kaitlyn (the nurse) decided that would be a good testing spot. Kaitlyn said she was going to apply the laser a little longer to the age/sun spots. Then she moved the laser down my hand and applied the laser to another age spot. The next day I left to go on vacation. After my vacation, I returned to BodyBrite to show them that deep wounds had formed in those 2 areas. I now have two permanent scars: a noticeable 1-inch scar on the back of my hand and a smaller round scar. My point in writing this is to warn others to AVOID BODY BRITE and any other establishment where nurses are performing laser treatments/procedures. They might be "trained" or "qualified" or have a "certificate" but it is insufficient based on the results I received. What if this had happened to my face? In my opinion, only a medical doctor should perform these treatments. So, please seek a higher standard of care. Save your money and more importantly your skin.

He is the NICEST dentist on the entire planet of earth. The entire practice is customer service focused from the minute you walk in the door for your appointment when you're greeted by name (they take a photo of you at your first visit). When you're called back for your appointment, you're given a pillow, offered a blanket and setup with a headset with XM radio or a movie (they have a DVD collection). They use the latest in dental technologies - high pressure power wash (I'm sure there's a real name for that), digital cameras that show your teeth in super-zoom and flouride that only sits in your mouth for what seems like a millisecond. My entire family has switched to this practice. I'm slowly coverting my friends as well. Best of all, this clinic doesn't have that distinct dental clinic smell that conjures up that fear.

Everything went smoothly as far as insurance and pricing. My repairs were done quickly, painlessly, and the problematic reoccurring chip I had repaired has stayed fixed for almost two years now. (which is good compared to having it fixed every 6 months before) Scheduling was easy and I even had the option of getting email and text notifications about my appointments and scheduled cleanings. My kids have bad experience with one of Pediatric assistance who is caucasian. They have been…read morehaving same time appoints for a few years and each of them would have the same assistance for each appointment. For the past few cleaning appointments, my older kid have been complaining about how painful it is for the cleaning. In the mean time, my younger kid has never had any complain with the asian assistance. I have been given the staff the benefit of doubt since I know my kid isn't doing good job of brushing, could just have sensitive gum. After two of those visits, I started to pay more attention to the assistance. She seems very serious every time we see her. My explanation for her is that she might just be tired since we always have late afternoon time. In the mean time, I told my boy to do better brush and floss before next visit so I can be sure that he wasn't the issue. The last visit, my younger kid had the Caucasian and older boy had the Asian. I was with my younger kid first. In the middle of cleaning, my younger kid asked the Caucasian, "Can you please be gentler?", She responded "I can't, I have to get the cleaning done!" . I was still on her side at this point with a little shock on her response. The dentist confirmed the my younger one had a little swollen gums. Then dentist and I went to see my older one. Not surprise that my older kid has the same issue. The surprise was so he does not complain about the process. He confirmed later with me that the Asian assistance was tender and merciful. The final feedback from my kids are they would rather to break up the time to wait for Asian assistance to do cleaning for both!
