They give you a call when your order is ready and pending what you need it doesn't typically take long. Super friendly staff, great customer service! Out of at least 20 companies we reached out to, they were the only company that would come on site and evaluate the project. I set up an appointment with Marcos, the owner, and he was so nice, helpful and had excellent advice. He took the time to help construct a solution that would stand the test of time and had a low failure rate. This made me realize that the other contractors would have failed in installing this massive mirror (almost 9'x5'). We had a few blips along the way and he had to install 2 mirrors and had ordered another one due to manufacturer's defects. This was devastating to both of our timelines but the team - Marcos, Josh and Diane - were so professional and reassuring about it all. They knew this would be completed at 100% of our expectations and nothing less. They must have come here half a dozen times to quell any concerns. And, Diane was so nice over the phone. We worked a lot with Josh for the follow up appointments and he is a perfectionist. He made sure the wall was ready for the initial and follow up installs as when you take a mirror down, it can be messy and can also rip down part of the wall too. We also had a 3D bump out which made it more challenging. He and his counterpart measured everything over and over and took his time installing. We are thrilled with the end result. They knew they could do this and they certainly did. They are not the cheapest but they are the most thorough and make sure the project is done to satisfaction. Whether you have an easy project or a tough one, this is the company I'd absolutely trust and recommend.

Clay is pissed because I refuse to pay the hidden cost of products which I was told I owed no money for. Thank goodness I had evidence of not owing any money for tile and vanity. Other reviews also complain about the pushing up of cost. After I signed the contract I was told I needed to buy all my fixtures that was approximately $3000. I understood the need to buy my own fixtures because one fixture might be $2000 that somebody picks and another might be $100 so I paid that. By the end of the job they wanted $6000 more than the contracted price. I refuse to pay anything else over our contracted price. Lou Clay and John are the nightmares you hear as homeowners about remodels. Don't use them you will regret it..
