All the water splashes out of the shower. We are not able to use this shower. We have called the owner and after months of waiting for them to come and try to fix the problem, they finally did. The door lasted 2 weeks and would close completely. After the two weeks the door again has the same issue, it doesn't close. It's a glass barn door shower. We have called to have someone come out to fix it and they kept saying that they are busy and that we have to keep waiting. He brings to our atn we were not available the only week he had in December to fix it because we traveled out of state. We are now in March and the door still has not been fixed! He says he can't come right now because he is busy to call in 2 weeks, well 2 weeks passed and now he says he is in Tampa and he can't get to this side of town. He doesn't have anyone that can fix the door and rather deal with my husband. He doesn't want to deal with me because I told him he just keeps giving us the runaround. It's RIDICULOUS A WHOLE YEAR without being able to use our shower because he doesn't want to send someone to fix something they never installed correctly. Very poor customer service, very rude man! Absolutely one of the biggest wastes of time to date with home contractors. Not only did his helper…read morewalk in my house with a cigarette they measured the space for the shower enclosure wrong and argued that this is how its done. When they brought it into the house damaging my ceiling and set it on the floor it was not even touching the wall. Obviously I was dissatisfied as you can see below this large 250lb piece of glass was anything but stable and installed correctly. He did say that he would replace with the correct size and hardware. Next he came to the house took the freshly installed glass out only to realize that the glass he just ordered and picked up was damaged. After noticing that in my driveway he tells me he is going right all the issues the following week and that he would make it right. Only to ghost me all week and then decide to wash his hands of the project. He did return with a bad attitude to refund me my $$$ hints the second star but as many of you understand now Im forced starting over Sith someone that is going to have to deal with what he has left as far as the holes in the wall and the placement of the glass. All in all this entire ordeal wasted over one month of my time worth well more than the measly $725 and its still not finished. Most have done subpar work, that in other parts of the world would be refused. This seems to be an issue with Florida contractors. Entrypoint by Perry's stands out as the ONE contractor who did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, at the price agreed upon prior to installation. In less then an hour, our home was transformed. The 2 doors look amazing. I still can't get over how simple, fast, and professional everyone at Entrypoint is. Truly they should be training all other residential contractors on how to do it RIGHT.

I had a cracked vinyl double-paned glass. The e-film on the window kept the gas from leaking, but I…read morewanted to have the window repaired to avoid the possibility of it breaking through. I contacted Lakeland Glass & Mirror because after looking at the Google reviews, I saw that they were favorable and they were also a family owned small business with years of experience! I called and spoke to Dakota and told him what I had and that if I could save a service call charge, I would bring the window to the shop. He agreed and when I arrived, Dakota greeted me and disassembled the window trim so that he could get the correct glass insert measurements. I asked if they could just replace the broken pane. However, since it was double paned and filled with an inert gas, I would need to pay for both panes of glass. The repair could not be performed at the shop as their vendor has the equipment and sterile environment in which to replace the glass with new panes sealed with argon gas. Unfortunately, this type of repair and gas fill must be in a clean, dust & lint-free atmosphere. I was told when they ordered the new panes that the e-film may be a slightly different tint than my current film. They showed me a sample of the e-film on a sample window glass and the change was barely perceptible! I was told it could be two or three weeks before the window was back at their shop and they would call me when it was ready for pick up. I got a call from Dakota less than two weeks later. I was charged a reasonable fee for the new glass unit which included a discount for my military service. A $25 fee was included in the cost of the repair which I felt was more than reasonable since I was avoiding about a $125 service call fee which would include measuring the window at my home and having them come back out and install the new window pane unit when complete! Dakota installed the new glass section into my frame while I waited and I was headed home within an hour! I spoke with the owner and one of the other family members while Dakota installed the new window. They were friendly, professional and very accommodating! I would highly recommend Lakeland Glass & Mirror for your glass and mirror repairs or purchase.

Either they did not respond or they were unavailable to do the work for several weeks. When I called Coast to Coast I was pleasantly surprised. They said they had someone in the area and they could be over in an hour. Sure enough they were there in an hour. They measured the windows and called me later that day with a price which was reasonable for the size of windows. They said they would be able to install them in a week. Their order was late so it was a week and a half before the windows were installed but that was quicker than other companies would have completed the job. The installation was quick, done neatly, and the windows look great!
