Al advised me, because of the cold and windy weather, to come to the shop for the install. He sent a video confirming the replacement product was in the shop and in pristine condition before I headed over. Professional team installed while I waited. Having driven my 2017 Mustang GT with micro-pitting and some delamination for the past 2 years visibility in direct sunlight or with approaching headlights was horrible. First impression after install, driving home into the setting sun, I was blown away by the clarity, like having a new pair of eyeglasses! Install looks perfect and seal is great, noted no more morning interior condensation, airtight, silent, and no leakage in a driving rain. Al and his team were personable, skilled, and professional and this family owned small business is highly recommended should you need their services!

To begin, we had a car seat/ stroller that was given to us by a well meaning friend. Upon review of it, Chris immediately said that it did not meet current safety guidelines and suggested that we cut the straps and throw it out, which we did just that! I already felt safer knowing that he was knowledgeable about the most recent recalls and safety measures. Then, with patience, he installed our new car seat and bases in each of our vehicles, at no charge, and gave us a FULL education about the seat itself, how to use it, and so much more information that I never would have expected to learn. Chris is the authority on car seat installs and I would never go ANYWHERE else. I have already recommended him to all my friends and family who are expecting. A+++++++ for the service at Continental. Given his thoroughness, I'd also never take my car anywhere else if I needed his collision services! This is old fashioned customer service the way it used to be and should always be!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our car seats are so tight that I'm not sure if they're ever gonna come out of this car . I've even taken family Members to have their seats looked at, and Chris does it all with a smile. What I appreciate about Chris and Mike is that when we had a very noisy power seat (it still works, just sounds like chewbacca's mating call) they were honest with us, and said that the cost of trying to figure out what was wrong and then fix it was more than it was worth, and they didn't want to see us waste our money! While I've never had any work done with them, if it's ever needed, I know they will be my first call

They were rated highly on Angie's list and Yelp and, happily, Depalo's lived up to its ratings. The rep. answered all of our questions (and there were many), he returned our car when promised and, most importantly, he did an amazing job. Admittedly, we didn't need a huge amount of work done but Depalo's work was of excellent quality. There was no sign that our car was ever in an accident, and they even went the extra mile by vacuuming out the interior (even though the interior had no work done on it). I had hoped never to need an autobody shop again, but in August 2019 we returned with my daughter's car after she was hit twice in a parking lot. Depalo's was as professional and well run as the first time. The work was beautiful, the car was finished when we were told it would be finished, and Margaret from the customer service dept. had the patience of a saint because I asked A LOT of questions. Nobody wants to get in an accident, but it's nice to know there's a neighborhood place I can go to that will make it as painless and inexpensive as possible when accidents happen.

Next, I went to Scotsman's auto body in Mount Sinai on 25A on the corner of 30 Chestnut St. Scotty came out to look at the damage. He assesed what was wrong and repaired the damage in about 15 minutes. Free, no charge! The shop and premises are clean and immaculate and Scotty was so honest and friendly. I made a small mistake with my SUV and a telephone pole. Nothing crazy just a light smush on the left fender. I was backing out of a spot. But Eddie, Shawn and the team made it all disappear. The price was very fair and I'm still outside looking for something wrong which I can't find. What's most impressive, in regard to quality workmanship are two things. One, they clear coated the underside of the hood which most shops would not do. Second, the match on the metallic flake that's in their paint is a SPOT ON match for the factory paint! I'm telling you from quality of work to handling the car from start to finish, with the rental car ease, this shop is top notch.
