I was assured by the director who gave us the tour, the instructors and staff were certified to handle children with ASD. Unfortunately I learned after paying and my daughter attending, that in fact they were not equipped to handle her behaviors and outbursts. I tried on several occasions, in the two weeks I had her there, to set appointments with the directors and the instructor, to figure out a plan to help guide my child. Never happened. One appointment they were a no show. The next I never got a call back. The administration has little regard for parent concerns. The staff has little to no communication. If you are looking for a place that cares, for the money they charge, I would look elsewhere.
