There is no airflow as the AC is rarely on and there is never a breeze and if it IS on its 75 to 78 degrees. It's never a cold breeze. The air is musty, dusty and stagnant. 2. It smells terrible. Thanks to the moldy stagnant air. 3. The air vents are caked with dust. Hence, no air flow. 4. It is extremely HOT and humid in there. Makes your workout insufferable. 5. The two flatscreens over the dumbbell rack have been broken for over 2 years. Flatscreens are cheap these days. With every member paying their monthly dues, you'd think they'd simply replace the two tvs. Makes it very awkward in between sets just looking at broken black tvs. 6. Overall it is a dirty gym. You can tell nothing has EVER been deep cleaned. The equipment has never been wiped down in detail-in between. The dumbbell rack is disgusting. Use warm soapy water or a cleaner and clean the dust and dried sweat from the front/bottom of the treadmills. Clean the legs of every machine. I will say the young lady who works there does a fantastic job cleaning the bathrooms and vacuuming. Other than that you can tell the owners do not update/upgrade or deep clean anything. The owners simply do not care about the sanitary upkeep of this gym and it shows. At least get some decent fresh airflow in there at the bare minimum. Also, it doesn't matter what the owners decide to say in response to this. Everything I said is true. You can't deny the obvious neglect of this gym. Go there yourself and workout and you will see how disgusting and hot it is.

Kim, the kids plex manager, holds black kids to a higher standard than the little white kids who get to play there. On numerous occasions I have walked in and witnessed rambunctious children wildly playing, yet when it comes to my 2 year old, she portrays him as a bully that other children apparently have to hide from in fear(this is her direct statement) . I understand having to pick up my son if he is acting unruly, but to depict him as some sort of delinquent is what bothers me. Mind you, he's TWO. When I asked Kim to play back the cameras to show me what my child was accused of doing, she ignored my request and told me that my son wasn't allowed back. She claims that my child has been an issue and that staff has been complaining, yet I was just notified once last week and once today of his alleged behavior. When I went to cancel my membership the general manager Shelly was more than happy to let me go. No remorse, no questions asked.

Class offerings range from popular zumba and yoga to strength training, Chair Zen, and Fit Pump. Activity groups include basketball, and pickle ball. Something for entire family. In addition, Child care is available and the timing of classes and hours of operation fit with any schedule. The center is operated as a ministry so there is some faith and fellowship interwoven and that adds to the great character and genuine welcome you receive when attending. On my initial tour, one of the main topics I wanted discussed was how the facility handles children on the spectrum. I was assured by the director who gave us the tour, the instructors and staff were certified to handle children with ASD. Unfortunately I learned after paying and my daughter attending, that in fact they were not equipped to handle her behaviors and outbursts. I tried on several occasions, in the two weeks I had her there, to set appointments with the directors and the instructor, to figure out a plan to help guide my child. Never happened. One appointment they were a no show. The next I never got a call back. The administration has little regard for parent concerns. The staff has little to no communication. If you are looking for a place that cares, for the money they charge, I would look elsewhere.
