I have called at least 40-50 times in the past 2 years for updates, and their front desk has the same script every time saying "the lawyers are busy and they'll send an email to reach back out". I also had to send them the police report since they were going to hire a private investigator to see who was at fault. How did I get my hands on the report, and they were going to spend money that would add to my expenses for a private investigator? Absolute worst company ever.
