They send out friendly reminders to alert you of your court dates (and even the rescheduled dates!) I think I've dealt with each of the attorneys at this point so I apologize for not knowing every one by name but you will definitely recognize this team as they are the most best-dressed bunch in the courthouse. Shoutout to Jackie (you'll recognize her by her Zendaya-esque) for letting me reschedule my date to win the case :)

I…read morewould just like to say that I am truly disappointed in how they cheat and treat these people that have endured pain, had surgeries, and died from the IVC filter. Yet the only ones to profit were the attorneys. If my mother were alive to receive a $1600 check after waiting over 7 years she would have been humiliated. I'm sure they gained quite a bit of interest holding that settlement money for all these years. What they did was simply wrong, plain and simple. It amazes me how people can live with themselves and look in the mirror each morning after doing this to all the victims that suffered. They were not the ones that suffered, but were the ones with the gain. I would never recommend this firm to anyone in need of representation. Lolita J.

I kept to send it to me got a hold of my phone email. At that point I was still thinking about using but when they sent me the email of the paper that I signed through a text link-- my name was spelled wrong, and it was not what I agreed to. I will post the screenshots of my conversation with Kevin and a few other people. And I will also show you where they threaten me if I didn't follow through with them, but I would never be able to file a lawsuit in regards to this matter ever again with anybody else I am contacting the court that this class action lawsuit will be held in to let the judge know what you did. My name is actually listed on their lawsuit but when they say that, I'm not a client. Remove my name you know who I am and I'm not gonna stop until you do, OR we're gonna go to court. I am calling the Texas State bar to file a complaint. My next step will be to hire an attorney. I will win because I have so much proof that what you guys did was fraudulent and when I posted about it online, you said I was not a client. You could not find me in your system so tell me why NAME is listed in your lawsuit ??? ONLINE!! when I called again--I was told that I'm not a client . I AM CALLING TEXAS STATE BOARD AND COMPLAINING AND I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF THE TEXT MESSAGE THAT KEVIN FIRST SENT ME ASKING ME TO SIGN THE MEDICAL RELEASE. YOU GUYS ARE SCR3WED. this point me so I'm gonna make sure that everybody knows what you're doing. And I'm telling you right now if you don't cease and desist, we are going to court and I'm filing criminal charges as well. For the kindest stress that you caused me I can get up to $10,000 in court so keep trying me take my name off of your Fvkn lawsuit.

I have called at least 40-50 times in the past 2 years for updates, and their front desk has the same script every time saying "the lawyers are busy and they'll send an email to reach back out". I also had to send them the police report since they were going to hire a private investigator to see who was at fault. How did I get my hands on the report, and they were going to spend money that would add to my expenses for a private investigator? Absolute worst company ever. I dont ever write reviews, but for the way this company does business, I had to. I am begging anyone not to do business with this firm as you will never see any results or progress.
