these folks are CRAZY! you are sending me mail now? Certified? I didn't get it because that's not my address. Dumb a$$ don't EVER sign anything that isn't explained!! JOHNSON LAW GROUP TAKES 80 PERCENT OF YOUR MONEY!! LET ME SAY THAT AGAIN: 80% they attempted to get me to sign an agreement of representation...LOL! spelled my name wrong, and it took them FOREVER to get my email...... months after I had talked to someone and thought I was signing I gave them the authority for MEDICAL RELEASE ONLY!!! I kept to send it to me got a hold of my phone email. At that point I was still thinking about using but when they sent me the email of the paper that I signed through a text link-- my name was spelled wrong, and it was not what I agreed to. I will post the screenshots of my conversation with Kevin and a few other people. And I will also show you where they threaten me if I didn't follow through with them, but I would never be able to file a lawsuit in regards to this matter ever again with anybody else I am contacting the court that this class action lawsuit will be held in to let the judge know what you did. My name is actually listed on their lawsuit but when they say that, I'm not a client. Remove my name you know who I am and I'm not gonna stop until you do, OR we're gonna go to court. I am calling the Texas State bar to file a complaint. My next step will be to hire an attorney. I will win because I have so much proof that what you guys did was fraudulent and when I posted about it online, you said I was not a client. You could not find me in your system so tell me why NAME is listed in your lawsuit ??? ONLINE!! when I called again--I was told that I'm not a client . I AM CALLING TEXAS STATE BOARD AND COMPLAINING AND I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF THE TEXT MESSAGE THAT KEVIN FIRST SENT ME ASKING ME TO SIGN THE MEDICAL RELEASE. YOU GUYS ARE SCR3WED. this point me so I'm gonna make sure that everybody knows what you're doing. And I'm telling you right now if you don't cease and desist, we are going to court and I'm filing criminal charges as well. For the kindest stress that you caused me I can get up to $10,000 in court so keep trying me take my name off of your Fvkn lawsuit. read more

Staff was very helpful arranging appointments for doctors, keeping me informed as to what to expect. Helped arrange Uber rides due to me not being able to drive. Seemed to care about my health issues. Worked diligently on my case and was paid in a timely manner with good results. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Communication is bad and they line their pockets with your settlement money. If you ask about charges, they dismiss you. Steer very far away from this firm. They act like they are helping people who have been injured when in fact they rip you off. They took 70% of a settlement. BEWARE!!! If i could give negative stars I would. read more

This law group is responsible for$18,000 of my settlement to be missing. I cannot get an explanation about how Medicare was able to receive these funds when I never owed Medicare nothing. Medicare has no record of the funds so where are they. I'm trying to this day to have my funds returned to me and I will do whatever I have to legally to obtain justice! Is this how someone that has put his life on the front lines of defense for this country is treated.(100% disabled vet) read more

Horrible. Horrible horrible representation. All they are about is money. You don't hear from them. They don't call you and when it's over they don't even respond to thank you or anything. It's just I would never ever ever in a lifetime recommend them for IVC filter cases. It's all about money to them. They get paid and then they leave you in the dust. Don't thank you. Don't do nothing. Horrible again. I say horrible think twice before having them represent you. Cuz if you don't read the dotted line the the contract they will take advantage of you read more

I used the law group for the round up class acc. suit. There was no contact or disclosure. I had to contact them to get info. They sent check with out letting me know . I believe it was about the bottom line for them ,Not for me as a client. They sent check to my home in Ohio .I winter in Florida. If they had contacted me about the check . I would have rec'd it .at my home in Florida. But I had to call to just check on the case. and found out they sent the check. Not Good I would not recommend them. read more

Communication is very bad, lengthy when they do and never really answer many questions. Mine was the 3M ear plug settlement. I have very bad hearing, tinnitus, and other hearing issues. They do take close to 50% total, the 40% up front and the nickel and dime everything else. It was very sad when the total amount they took was virtually just under 50% total. I was a high end tier also, $16,000 for my hearing loss and got just over $8,358.62. But i had to wait on $500 of it, that was retained so in case any medial leans. No leans, and then I should get the $500??? No another $54 for admin and whatever so $446 more to send me after I pay more to have it wired to my account. They are not for vets..... They make money off other's medical issues.... Just sad, i would of thought it was California but no a Texas firm. read more

Hired them to defend me against a false accusation by a former roommate. I had evidence proving my innocence, in history of text messages. They had me do a plea deal instead to admit I was guilty!! It was easier for them. NOW they will not answer any of my emails! They were recommended , now I am SO SORRY I hired them! Roger K. read more

Update: They just sent out a email saying that maybe we can get some of our money by the 4th quarter of this year. They have millions in the bank yet want to stretch out paying it so they can keep the interest. The first thing I am doing is finding a attorney to sue these attorneys for fiduciary theft. They promised I would not be part of a class action suit yet they did a mass settlement and achieved the same outcome while charging me full percentage for an individual suit. The typical outcome on an individual suit of my type is 50 to 150 thousand dollars, I'll be lucky to get 16 thousand if I ever get it at all. Now they want to pay out 60 percent and hold 40 percent just in case there is anyone that has a claim against me for medical bills. This law group isn't even in permanent offices they are in a flex rental space, kinda like your attorney office being in a storage building. Never use this " law firm " for anything, use a firm in established offices and make sure they are not building for a mass settlement but only handle individual cases. If there was a zero or minus star these folks would get it. read more

I received a small sum years ago and have been waiting for the remaining payout ever since. Roundup's reputation is forever tarnished by the lack of attention to the case and failure to pay it's clients their rightful sums from the case. read more

I hired this law group for my ivc filter case mine collapsed and hinders the blood flow from my left leg in Hence keeping an open ulcer for 7 years cause the blood can't travel fast enough leaving my left calf swollen and disfigured after walking, so I don't do much of it I got a letter a year ago saying they were going to final litigate in 6 weeks... I haven't heard anything since . Unless I call them and same story November will be 8 years read more

Let's start with the lack of communication with Johnson LG. They never return calls, they barley pick up without being transferred EVERYWHERE. Kathleen was possibly the rudest and most unhelpful individual I spoke with at the law firm. RUN FAR AWAY read more

I would never consider Johnson Law Group to anyone. JLG represented me for the 3M COMBAT EARPLUGS SETTLEMENT Claimant ID#: 340563. I provided them several of my HIPPAA information. After the settlement, I was awarded an amount of money, Johnson Law Group, Tracey and Fox, and Pulaski Law Firm kept around 90% of attorney fees of my claim. When asked for my claim disbursement, I provided my bank information to: Western Alliance Bancorporation, 1 East Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004, (602) 389-3500, a partner bank with JLG. I have not received a penny for my claim settlement; I have been disputing for my claim since JAN 2025. Western Alliance Bank and JLG have not paid me my claim money. They are frauds, they mislead representation and scam your claims. I am in the process of reporting them to the Texas State Bar. I URGE ANYONE WHO USED JLG FOR THE 3M COMBAT EARPLUGS SETTLEMENT, TO REPORT THEM TO TX STATE BAR. read more

Very disappointed with this law Firm. Been with them for several years and I'm always getting the run around. Supposedly, a settlement agreement was near, but I think it was just to satisfy me for the time being. I wish I would have done my research better before Signing any contracts. The last time I posted my opinion, I was called by somebody from their firm and was questioned about why I posted what I posted. I felt bad and removed it, but this one is staying up. read more

This firm decided to opt out of having the settlement administrator pay funds to clients. Not only does this sound off, but it is indeed. Our settlement was paid on a first in and first out basis. Multiple others have already received their payments with higher numbers than our and we have not even received our estimated payout form yet. The communication is dry and after reading other reviews, I am afraid the payout will be quite a while so they can collect their interest before taking their 40% fee (not including filing fees, doctor review fees and so on). This firm did nothing to assist clients in obtaining records or any other needed information. read more

I have been using the Johnson Law Group in the Johnson and Johnson Talcum Powder Law Suit Case since 2020. I was told the case is valid. I've never talked to or received e-mails from the same person more than once, maybe rarely twice. I was told there was an offer, but the law firm rejected it without consulting me. Based on their last 3 years performance, I give i star. read more

They are trying to steal from you in everyway possible. They walk off with all your settlements while you walk off with nothing but less. Reporters have listened to clients who was represented in there cases and wished they NEVER have went with Johnson Law Group. They say they want 10 percent then bring in a third party attorney who will look over your case for an extra 30 percent so you could reach a settlement. Thats 40 percent back in there pockets. Clients suffer and lawyer walks away laughing. Do not sign. Save your time and go with someone else. I give them one glad there not representing one of my colleagues in the future read more

I signed on with JLG in an attempt to hold a weed abatement chemical company accountable for horrible medical issues caused by their product. Take my advice... show some intelligence here.... do not consider this firm for anything ! After waiting years a " settlement " was supposedly reached. I will be gone soon... and now with nothing to show for it.Please look a little further... you dont want to let this firm use you !, save yourselves much misery ! read more

The Johnson Law Group is not qualified to pick up dog S#$ off of the ground. They should be in the porta potty business because they are full of it. Liars Liars Liars and crooks. They have kept our money from our lawsuit in order to keep it in their bank account and keep the interest off it it. They keep saying we will get the money soon..... a year ago. Please DO NOT use this firm. They are crooks and found out a way to keep half of my settlement when they didnt legally have to. I am going to have to get another lawyer just to get my settlement. read more

I initially went with Johnson Law Group to handle my IVC filter case more than 6 years ago only to find out today that I have been passed on to another attorney. Their excuse was that they don't handle the type of filter that was implanted. How about a little notification that all of my personal information as sent somewhere without my knowledge. They claim to have told me just like the "claim" to have sent me a letter. For new clients, I would steer clear of this firm. They have taken years from me and now I'm so upset I cannot even concentrate at work. I honestly do not know how or why anyone puts up with their BS. Thanks for nothing Johnson Law Group. read more

I have been waiting for my approved roundup case to be paid to me. I have Johnson Law group from the beginning---about six years. I am suspect of this law firm and plan to file with BBB and seek other answers. They had me under the impression they were working on my hernia case for over 2 years and then call & send a letter that they did not file a case for me. Yet they advertise repair hernia surgeries & I currently need a 3rd that I can't afford. Someone from their office sent me an email informing that both meshes used in my surgeries were recalled so why was no case filed???? I will figure out if there is a case I can file against them for holding my case so long. Also they write that they do not know the statue of limitation on my case. Very unprofessional. I just read about the concerning workings of another Texas law firm & it makes me curious & concerned all the more as the operations sound familiar. read more
