At that point I was still thinking about using but when they sent me the email of the paper that I signed through a text link-- my name was spelled wrong, and it was not what I agreed to. And I will also show you where they threaten me if I didn't follow through with them, but I would never be able to file a lawsuit in regards to this matter ever again with anybody else I am contacting the court that this class action lawsuit will be held in to let the judge know what you did. My name is actually listed on their lawsuit but when they say that, I'm not a client. Remove my name you know who I am and I'm not gonna stop until you do, OR we're gonna go to court. I am calling the Texas State bar to file a complaint. My next step will be to hire an attorney. This law group is responsible for$18,000 of my settlement to be missing. I cannot get an explanation about how Medicare was able to receive these funds when I never owed Medicare nothing. Medicare has no record of the funds so where are they. I'm trying to this day to have my funds returned to me and I will do whatever I have to legally to obtain justice! I used the law group for the round up class acc. suit. There was no contact or disclosure. I had to contact them to get info. They sent check with out letting me know . I believe it was about the bottom line for them ,Not for me as a client. They sent check to my home in Ohio .I winter in Florida. If they had contacted me about the check . I would have rec'd it .at my home in Florida. But I had to call to just check on the case. and found out they sent the check. Not Good I would not recommend them. read more

Communication is very bad, lengthy when they do and never really answer many questions. Mine was the 3M ear plug settlement. I have very bad hearing, tinnitus, and other hearing issues. They do take close to 50% total, the 40% up front and the nickel and dime everything else. It was very sad when the total amount they took was virtually just under 50% total. I was a high end tier also, $16,000 for my hearing loss and got just over $8,358.62. But i had to wait on $500 of it, that was retained so in case any medial leans. No leans, and then I should get the $500??? No another $54 for admin and whatever so $446 more to send me after I pay more to have it wired to my account. They are not for vets..... They make money off other's medical issues.... Just sad, i would of thought it was California but no a Texas firm. read more

I would never consider Johnson Law Group to anyone. JLG represented me for the 3M COMBAT EARPLUGS SETTLEMENT Claimant ID#: 340563. I provided them several of my HIPPAA information. After the settlement, I was awarded an amount of money, Johnson Law Group, Tracey and Fox, and Pulaski Law Firm kept around 90% of attorney fees of my claim. When asked for my claim disbursement, I provided my bank information to: Western Alliance Bancorporation, 1 East Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004, (602) 389-3500, a partner bank with JLG. I have not received a penny for my claim settlement; I have been disputing for my claim since JAN 2025. Western Alliance Bank and JLG have not paid me my claim money. They are frauds, they mislead representation and scam your claims. I am in the process of reporting them to the Texas State Bar. Update: They just sent out a email saying that maybe we can get some of our money by the 4th quarter of this year. They have millions in the bank yet want to stretch out paying it so they can keep the interest. The first thing I am doing is finding a attorney to sue these attorneys for fiduciary theft. They promised I would not be part of a class action suit yet they did a mass settlement and achieved the same outcome while charging me full percentage for an individual suit. The typical outcome on an individual suit of my type is 50 to 150 thousand dollars, I'll be lucky to get 16 thousand if I ever get it at all. Now they want to pay out 60 percent and hold 40 percent just in case there is anyone that has a claim against me for medical bills. This law group isn't even in permanent offices they are in a flex rental space, kinda like your attorney office being in a storage building. Never use this " law firm " for anything, use a firm in established offices and make sure they are not building for a mass settlement but only handle individual cases. I hired this law group for my ivc filter case mine collapsed and hinders the blood flow from my left leg in Hence keeping an open ulcer for 7 years cause the blood can't travel fast enough leaving my left calf swollen and disfigured after walking, so I don't do much of it I got a letter a year ago saying they were going to final litigate in 6 weeks... Very disappointed with this law Firm. Been with them for several years and I'm always getting the run around. Supposedly, a settlement agreement was near, but I think it was just to satisfy me for the time being. I wish I would have done my research better before Signing any contracts. This firm decided to opt out of having the settlement administrator pay funds to clients. Not only does this sound off, but it is indeed. Our settlement was paid on a first in and first out basis. Multiple others have already received their payments with higher numbers than our and we have not even received our estimated payout form yet. The communication is dry and after reading other reviews, I am afraid the payout will be quite a while so they can collect their interest before taking their 40% fee (not including filing fees, doctor review fees and so on). Their excuse was that they don't handle the type of filter that was implanted. How about a little notification that all of my personal information as sent somewhere without my knowledge. I am suspect of this law firm and plan to file with BBB and seek other answers. They had me under the impression they were working on my hernia case for over 2 years and then call & send a letter that they did not file a case for me. Yet they advertise repair hernia surgeries & I currently need a 3rd that I can't afford. Someone from their office sent me an email informing that both meshes used in my surgeries were recalled so why was no case filed???? I will figure out if there is a case I can file against them for holding my case so long. Also they write that they do not know the statue of limitation on my case. Very unprofessional.
