Well after 1 year I finally have ALL of the work completed to my home from damage due to March 2025 tornado. I understand the timing because of so many customers with damage to their homes. What I do not understand is the LACK of communication with their customers. The project manager for my home did not communicate often or effectively with me. Months would go by with no calls, texts or updates. I had to reach out to him for any information regarding the work to be done. Calling the office was no help, they said they would give him the message, which in turn did not get a quicker response. The work was done in steps.. The roof was replaced in July 2025 by non-English speaking men. I tried to talk with them during the process, and they did not understand anything I was trying to ask or say. They also were unable to CORRECTLY reattach my Direct TV dish. I had to pay Direct TV to come and fix their mistake. The project manager was aware. NO REIMBURSEMENT. The roof replacement was satisfactory. The siding was replaced earlier this year. Those workers were friendly and efficient. However, there was insulation left all over the side of my house. Bits and pieces flying all over the place my HOA wasn't pleased and neither was I. The siding looks nice and the work was satisfactory. The gutters were replaced a few weeks after the siding. The workers were quick. The work was satisfactory, but I did find several rusty nails in my front yard and on the driveway. I am grateful I did not get a flat tire. Now since the work is all completed comes the invoice for payment. I received it in an email. I was ready to pay and notice that there was a $25.00 fee to pay online. Now I do know sometimes there is a small fee to make payments online, BUT $25.00 is ridiculous. I was paying $12,842.67 for the work that had been done, wanting to charge me an additional $25.00 fee made me ANGRY. In closing, I would just like to say NO I would not use STARK ROOFING again. The 314 day storm follow up to our new roof installed last year. With the high winds of 3/14/2025 all is well. While many of the house with new roofs by storm chasers lost shingles around us our Stark roof did not have a single problem! The value goes well beyond the price of mind! read more

We had our roof replaced this year by Stark. It is a family owned business, handed down from father to son (Rob). I had 4 family owned businesses come out to give me a bid and work with my insurance company (hail/wind damage). Rob Stark was the ONLY ONE of the four who actually looked at the estimate from the insurance company in detail. He worked within the estimate and questioned the insurance company appropriately when some other things needed to be replaced, and got them to replace the things in question. His workers were respectful of my property, and they were efficient. Rob gives you his cell number while he works on your project so you can be in constant contact with him on the days he is not on site. He was on site for most of the bigger parts of the project. My roof is very large with steep angles, and it was not a problem for him. There was a small problem with one of the gutters: I texted him the picture, and it was redone/fixed the next day. I am very glad he did our roof, and would not hesitate to use him again. I feel he is honest and trustworthy . read more

We had Stark Roofing replace our roof, skylights, and gutters. I had three different bids and went with Stark Roofing. They were competitive and I appreciated how promptly Bryan always responded. We had the work done during the spring so we had to work around rain but they were always prompt and efficient, they cleaned up the property thoroughly, and were always polite and responsive. We ended up changing our plan with the gutters because we ran into issues with a separate project (exterior drainage) and Bryan listened to my suggestions and concerns and we ended up with a solution that looks nice and is working well.
