What they sell you at Walmart is better than the lack of care Redd Pest shows. They aren't doing the bare minimum to correct the not only ineptitude of the technician but the blatant contractual obligations. Coming at 5:00am unannounced on an unscheduled day on two different occasions to a residence when the household is sleeping and can't let in for interior service obligations would tell any customer that they don't care about the needs of the customer especially when the customer specifically asked for interior service.

Obviously, it was a punishment (cancelled general pest control) while I still have active termites doing major damage to my house. He was extremely rude and, seemingly, he did not want to be bothered with a woman. Yet, I have active termites and Terminix does not want to take any accountability whatsoever. Please see the picture that shows how many times they had to service this property for active termites and they are still active. It's pathetic. Nevertheless, they will be held liable for damages.
