I requested several times and scheduled with my technician to come into my home to kill the inordinate amount of flies in my home. Instead of doing the job, he came to my property not only at an unscheduled hour, but an unscheduled day to avoid having to do the job. 3. Customer service was far worse than lackluster. What they sell you at Walmart is better than the lack of care Redd Pest shows. They aren't doing the bare minimum to correct the not only ineptitude of the technician but the blatant contractual obligations. Coming at 5:00am unannounced on an unscheduled day on two different occasions to a residence when the household is sleeping and can't let in for interior service obligations would tell any customer that they don't care about the needs of the customer especially when the customer specifically asked for interior service.

Obviously, it was a punishment (cancelled general pest control) while I still have active termites doing major damage to my house. He was extremely rude and, seemingly, he did not want to be bothered with a woman. Yet, I have active termites and Terminix does not want to take any accountability whatsoever. Please see the picture that shows how many times they had to service this property for active termites and they are still active. It's pathetic. Nevertheless, they will be held liable for damages.

Pest issues--especially bed bugs--are taken very seriously in my business, so I paid for a professional inspection specifically to avoid any potential problems for future guests. Alliance was able to come out promptly, inspected the unit, and told me they did not see any signs of pests and cleared the property. Unfortunately, that assessment was completely incorrect. On Christmas Day, a guest staying in the unit experienced a bed bug infestation. As a result, I had to immediately remove the guest from the property and relocate them to another Airbnb/hotel. This situation was exactly what I was trying to prevent--and the reason I paid for Alliance's inspection in the first place. After this incident, I contacted another pest control company, who provided a free inspection. Within minutes, they were able to identify clear signs of bed bugs, explain the issue, and begin treatment right away. The contrast in professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness was undeniable. Alliance Pest Control's failure to properly identify a bed bug infestation caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and disruption to my guests. This type of inadequate inspection can seriously harm property owners and rental businesses who rely on professional expertise. I also spoke with an Alliance representative and was told I would hear back from the owner. It has now been over 48 hours, and I have received no follow-up, no explanation, and no offer of reimbursement or resolution. After waiting, I feel it is necessary to share my experience publicly.
