I have active termites as we speak. THEIR SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK! They were scheduled to come out to do an inspection today and did not show up and did not have the courtesy to notify me. After calling numerous times and leaving numerous text messages, I eventually spoke to the mgr, SAM, who said that he canceled the termite inspection because I did not want general pest control on that particular house. Obviously, it was a punishment (cancelled general pest control) while I still have active termites doing major damage to my house. He was extremely rude and, seemingly, he did not want to be bothered with a woman. Yet, I have active termites and Terminix does not want to take any accountability whatsoever. Please see the picture that shows how many times they had to service this property for active termites and they are still active. It's pathetic. Nevertheless, they will be held liable for damages.

Didn't kill any bugs outside, ant hills are worse, cockroaches are worse, including German. 2. I requested several times and scheduled with my technician to come into my home to kill the inordinate amount of flies in my home. Instead of doing the job, he came to my property not only at an unscheduled hour, but an unscheduled day to avoid having to do the job. 3. Customer service was far worse than lackluster. What they sell you at Walmart is better than the lack of care Redd Pest shows. They aren't doing the bare minimum to correct the not only ineptitude of the technician but the blatant contractual obligations. Coming at 5:00am unannounced on an unscheduled day on two different occasions to a residence when the household is sleeping and can't let in for interior service obligations would tell any customer that they don't care about the needs of the customer especially when the customer specifically asked for interior service.
