After calling numerous times and leaving numerous text messages, I eventually spoke to the mgr, SAM, who said that he canceled the termite inspection because I did not want general pest control on that particular house. Obviously, it was a punishment (cancelled general pest control) while I still have active termites doing major damage to my house. He was extremely rude and, seemingly, he did not want to be bothered with a woman. Yet, I have active termites and Terminix does not want to take any accountability whatsoever. Please see the picture that shows how many times they had to service this property for active termites and they are still active. It's pathetic. Nevertheless, they will be held liable for damages.
