I understand the roots are my issue and not a service they offer but being in the septic business for 20 yrs as this person (owner) so defensively put it when I asked the question concerning my septic being only partially emptied, why would they not recommend I call someone that can meet my entire needs so that it could be done properly the first time?? Instead they took my money without batting an eye! Insisting to me (from the mouth of the owner) that only one side has to be opened and emptied! I do not recommend them because if your ignorant of unknown and unexpected septic tank issues like I was at the start of this ordeal then they will not do what's right and they will take your money anyway. This has gotten expensive due to other issues in my plumbing and I will still need to find a company that can remove the roots and finishing pumping out the waste properly. As of March 9, 2022...I still don't have an estimate. The four times I called to remind them of our agreement, the ladies stated, "Mr. Miller is very busy and we have to ask him a few more questions to give you a quote." This company is taking advantage of people with no regret. I'm sure it's related to the consumer demand for plumbing so they feel it's ok to be a crook. If you are reading this review, Danny Miller Plumbing has not provided me a refund. This is no way to treat people, and military veterans.
