    I've recently been trying to finish some final hurdles in repairing our Katrina damaged home. After…read morethe hurricane our attic was infested with racoons and possums which did considerable damage to the A/C ductwork. I've made several attempts to get the situation rectified since the storm but have been dealt with nothing but obstacles and calling Eagle Mechanical was no exception! I chose Eagle because they seemed like a reputable company with enough experience to handle my small problem however nothing could be further from the truth. My first contact was with one of the owners named Mike Dodson, I explained everything to him and my difficulty getting off of work plus my concern for employees working in my attic this time of year. I was assured that there wasnt a problem and thats what they do. I gave this person my contact number and assumed I'de hear back from him. After a week goes by I stop by the Ocean Springs location to see why I never heard back from Eagle and if they had lost my number. The man I spoke to was a Co-owner by the name of Joe. I explained everything I had already told Mike Dodson and while I was in the office Joe called his partner about me and Mike Dodson never remembered talking to me. A few days later on a Friday afternoon two weeks after my initial contact I get a call from the estimator by the name of Kenneth but was unable to recieve his call because I was outta cell range. After I was able to recieve my messages Kenneth was in my area and was trying to meet me at my house. I received a call from Joe a short while later and I explained I was unable to drop waht I was doing and meet Kenneth but we could try to work something out. This week I call Kenneth the estimator back and try to set a time to meet with him,after trying to remember who I was he exclaimed that he doesnt do the scheduling his boss does and since I missed my last scheduling it would be a problem, I explained to him that I never scheduled that they had called at the last minute and I couldnt just drop everthing at a moments notice and leave work. He said he would check back with his boss and get back with me. I then recieve a call back from Kenneth trying to schedule to meet him again on short notice, I explained the since I was working infrastructure I was unable to drop everything and leave work and with a little heads up from him we could work something out. The next day I call my first contact Mike Dodson to tell him that I would have the afternoon off due to a Dr's appt and since he wasnt in I left a message with the recptionist. To date I have not heard back from this man! I have no clue why I've recieved such a run around from this owner but it has become the norm on the coast since the hurricane with every contractor I've dealt with causing me considerable grief. I will however give credit to the co-owner Joe, he was geniune and concerned and seemed like he wanted to help.But since I've had so much trouble getting returned calls from Mike Dodson I've decided I dont want this company anywhere near my house. If I cant get in touch with them before a job who knows what theyll do after the work is performed!
