Plus $50 extra for a charge (pushing roots out of his way) that wasn't even a thing they charge for (I did get that back). I understand the roots are my issue and not a service they offer but being in the septic business for 20 yrs as this person (owner) so defensively put it when I asked the question concerning my septic being only partially emptied, why would they not recommend I call someone that can meet my entire needs so that it could be done properly the first time?? Instead they took my money without batting an eye! Insisting to me (from the mouth of the owner) that only one side has to be opened and emptied! I do not recommend them because if your ignorant of unknown and unexpected septic tank issues like I was at the start of this ordeal then they will not do what's right and they will take your money anyway. This has gotten expensive due to other issues in my plumbing and I will still need to find a company that can remove the roots and finishing pumping out the waste properly. Do not use Climate Control Inc. They burned up my ac compressor because they drained the Freon to…read morelow when replacing a tvc valve. They take no responsibility even though they drained the Freon to low causing the ac to over pressure and pop the pop off valve. Which in turn caused the compressor to burn up. This was confirmed by 2 separate, reputable, ac companies that we had come look at it. Climate control wanted to charge $1900 in labor to fix what they broke. The others would do it for $900. Why on earth was climate control $1k more? Because they're incompetent and dishonest. I strongly advise against using them.
